The room itself exceeded our expectations—spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. It was modern, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room to relax after long days of exploring the city. Everything about our experience here was perfect. I would absolutely stay at New Point Madrid Opera again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid!

Great hotel in a very central location close to the Metro Staff very helpful; Comfortable beds; lovely roof terrace - shade was welcomed as it was very hot!! Complimentary glass of wine in the evening was a lovely touch!
