Friendly and clean, kind staff and good food and drinks!!

Have stayed here before. Very nice hotel and friendly staff.

Everything was great

I really liked how close this property was to the airport, its nice and the staff are very friendly. Only complaint is they force you to put on a bracelet on property, which is annoying when you want to just head into your room.

The parking is kind of tight

I loved it! Everything that was advertised was there and more. The rooftop Dj's were great, the staff was fantastic and very accommodating. Definitely will be returning.

Food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were renovating part of it while we were there ... so a bit messy but also entertaining to watch them re-thatch a roof. Great beach access.

This was our second stay at the Hotel Mio. The staff are so warm and welcoming. A few even remembered us from last year. The breakfast every day was wonderful. We got a room upgrade when requested, and they allowed us to checkout 2 hours later, which was convenient. I was, however disappointed in the spa credit but I blame this on Expedia and not the hotel. It said the credit was for $251 but failed to mentioned that was in PESOS! I booked the appointment and showed up for my massage, only to find the credit was worth $17.83 Canadian. A little clarification would have been nice, especially considering it was an expensive resort. Again, that is on Expedia and not the Hotel Mio.

I liked the friendliness and professionalism of all the employees. But my son would have issues with the cards every time he used the elevator. I would stay in this hotel again. Thank you

The property was as advertised the rooms were clean.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The lobby is cute and the breakfast area is amazing! Different shopping plazas in walkable distance. The only down side is access to a beach. There an another hotel behind this one that has the beach to its self so you’ll have to walking around or uber to a beach.
