Excelente servicio

This was a nice place to stay. The woman who registered us was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The jetted bathtub was deep and relaxing. We had access to a coffee maker, although we would have liked some milk/cream too. There is a breakfast voucher, but you have to walk a bit to get to the restaurant it works at. Once there, the food was tasty and worth the walk. We liked this place!

Very nice modern and clean rooms. Extremely friendly staff. Walkable to downtown. Stayed one night to see Pompeii.

Little breakfast, hot tub was nice but 1st time use had dirt come out if tub. Very noisy at night unable to sleep due to noise. Clean comfortable room otherwise. Long 25 minute from train station with luggage. Not safest neighborhood.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. This property was close to everything, such as food attractions and shopping. Would recommend highly. Perfect breakfast to start the day. Great cappuccino bar. The lady at the don't was absolutely fabulous. She new the sights to see ana places to eat. Truly a wonderful beautiful place.

Cleaning staff was great. They did their best. Management was terrible. Checked in at 2pm, she was late. The place is not in good location. It’s like on a side alley. Breakfast is juice and croissants. Wifi was horrible. It’s faster to use a restaurant wifi. Would not stay again.

Beautiful B&B all throughout, small and home-like feeling but bathroom and bedroom were spacious. The owners delivered fresh croissants each day for guests and had cereal, coffee, etc. They were attentive and awesome hosts!

Muito boa! Gostamos muito da recepção e do café da manhã. As recepcionistas e camareiras eram muito solicitas. A cidade era super confortável também. Gostamos que tinha frigobar e até uma mini cozinha, o que nos ajudou nos custos. Só os travesseiros que eram um pouco duros, mas não me impediu de dormir muito bem!

It was conveniently located which made it easy to walk to the Pompei Ruins. The room was very clean and we found the security of the facility and room to be very good. We like the unique way that the security card to enter the room also turned on the lights. Having a small kitchen and refrigerator were a real plus.

The accommodation was nice and clean, all the staff nice and very helpful, the breakfast selection was amazing and the variety each day very good. Sad that the fruits had been taken away after every breakfast and not fresh ones provided in the next day. though if you are accommodated on the ground floor could be very annoying when above you the other people are pulling the chairs around the room all night.

Tres déçu car pas moyen de communiquer avec le responsable qui ne parle pas un mot d anglais et encore moins le français ! Pas moyen de trouver un arrangement alors que la date de nos vols a été modifiée. Nous avons du payer 2 nuits pour rien. Aucun sens du commerce. Chambre pas insonorisée du tout, jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait que sur 1 position. En conclusion nous avons été tres déçu par ce sejour et nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet établissement ! Pourtant nous voyageons beaucoup et c est la 1ère fois que nous ne sommes pas satisfaits.

Très bon séjour, personnel réactif et sympathique ! Très bien pour visiter Pompéi.

Das Terra Mia scheint ein kleines Familienunternehmen zu sein, für das sich alle Mitglieder mit Freude und Herzblut einsetzen. Etwas Freundlicheres und Herzlicheres lässt sich kaum zu finden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Jeden Morgen zum Frühstück gab es Müsli, Cornflakes, Kuchen etc. und es wurden extra frische Hörnchen eingekauft! Schade, dass ich im Winter da war, sonst hätte ich mich gerne in den hübschen Laubengang gesetzt. Die Lage ist außerdem perfekt: In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Bahnhof oder in der Stadt oder an der spannenden archäologischen Ausgrabungsstätte. Sollte ich wieder nach Pompeji kommen, wird Terra Mia meine erste Wahl sein. :-)

Hallo, wir waren im März `22 dort. Das Hotel ansich ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Das gebuchte glutenfreie Frühstück hat gut funktioniert. Jedoch war das Zimmer sehr kalt. Die Temperaturen waren Nachts bei knapp über Null Grad. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, sie tropfte sogar, so dass wir eine Schüssel drunter stellen mussten, damit nicht alles nass wurde. Nach dem wir das Problem gemeldet hatten, wurde die Heizung dann abmontiert. Und da die Bettdecken alles andere als Temperatur entsprechend waren,(sehr dünn) habe ich sieben Tage nur gefroren.Das war leider ein großes Manko.

Notre court séjour dans vos lieux était bien. L'état général des pièces (salle de bain, baignoire à jets et chambre) était très bien. Nous avons trouvé les pièces très bien aménagées. La salle de bain est juste splendide! Personnel de maison très aimable (femme & homme italiens). Les personnes de la réception ne sont pas venues à notre encontre. Le seul point négatif que nous avons pu relever était le manque d'isolation phonique de la porte d'entrée, qui est la même que la cuisine, et qui est collée à la chambre, qui nous a à plusieurs reprises dérangé dans notre sommeil. Merci.

We were staying here for 2 nights. We came around 11 in the evening and the owner came to open for us even if check in till 9 p.m. The room was very clean, personal are very friendly, they were giving us suggestions where to go better, what to try. I’m in love with this place, will come again ❤️
