My worst experience checking in through Traveloka, I arrived at 10 pm, the apartment admin didn't respond to give me the key, because at night I have to sleep somewhere else, what if the money is just right, the apartment management has no conscience, it looks like a scam, so I reported it to Traveloka, they couldn't help me even though I had paid and used insurance, the money still couldn't be returned with the excuse that there had to be an approval party even though I didn't order twice from Traveloka, I was forced to order again at the place, I was traumatized if I had to pay by transfer, it would be better to just pay directly, sorry to Traveloka, I gave one star because I was disappointed that my money couldn't be returned

No free drinks, blankets, and a hot water heater are just awful. I asked for a replacement. No free Wi-Fi. Please improve the cleanliness. Breakfast is just so-so.

No wifi, no toiletries, No dispenser, Ac no cool. Electric always off. lucky this guy really good. Different another room all complete Facilities, this no really good. No more come to topaz A GF03. Next time I will book one day at the time make sure all facilities good

The room was okay, but the bathroom toilet was wobbly, the sink didn't drain, and the bathroom drain was a bit clogged, so the water would stagnate for quite a while when I took a shower. And there was no WIFI.

On May 26, 2025 to May 29, 2025, I stayed at this place for 3 nights, I was very satisfied with the atmosphere of the room, the staff were very good and friendly, the room price was also affordable, the room was clean and the parking lot was very spacious. The atmosphere is very nice, especially for families, and in the area around the hotel there are also many foods so it is very easy to find food.
