Tempatnya jorok dan kotor sekali.

The price is not exactly like what was offered in the website. It need to charge me extra 30k to make it 100k when I signed for 70k in the web.

Ruangan pengap, AC tidak dingin, kamar mandi kotor, tidak bisa ditutup dengan benar. Tempat tidur banyak kutu busuknya. Plafond bocor, netes air dari atas. Kalau AC disetting suhu 18 derajat MCB trip = listrik mati. Jam 12 ke atas gerbang dikunci, tidak bisa masuk.

Kami membawa keluarga dan sengaja menginap di hotel yang berlatarkan Syariah, namun pada kenyataannya pengalaman buruh menginap di Hotel OYO mendapatkan: pertama, kamar yang kotor pintu kamar mandi bolong, bau tak sedap, di tempat tidur ditemukan ada kelabang hidup, Alhamdulillah Allah menunjukan hal itu, bagaimana jika pada saat tidur kelabang masuk ke telinga, kami minta untuk digantikan spreinya tapi pada saat sprey dibuka ditemukan kasur penuh bercak darah yang belum lama. Kedua, pada saat kami menginap banyak keluar masuk pasangan (mohon maaf) sepertinya bukan pasangan suami istri. itu saja yang bisa saya sampaikan dan sebetulnya masih banyak lagi, InsyaAllah kami tidak mau terjebak lagi dengan nama hotel yang berkedok hotel Syariah (tidak sesuai dengan namanya). Terima kasih, semoga ke depannya bisa lebih diperbaiki demi kenyamanan konsumen terutama konsumen beragama Islam.
