The staff is friendly and the place is clean

Always stay here, the rooms are always good

Okay, it's quite comfortable, but the cleanliness of the bedsheets, bedcovers and towels could be more noticed

The staffs were helpful, the hotel is relatively quiet as well, the room has AC, TV, hot water, and even a mini bar. So I do recommend this place for those who are travelling. The only issue I have is that, it's just a little bit away from the main road. Also, the room was overall clean but I find the walls to be quite dirty. It would be great if they could keep the room maintained well. Overall, I had a great stay there. Thank you hm social Karawaci!

There are no amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste.

I often come here every 2 weeks, the place is very comfortable, only suggestion is that the AC should be checked regularly.

The place is nice, clean, quiet and comfortable.

nice and clean, only the upper floor is quiet. if you can move forward, the TV will be digital, so it will be watched more

Overall the room is good but sorry to say the receptionist is not able to maintain privacy.

Anyway, you really have to check in at hm social because apart from being comfortable, clean, the food is also really delicious ☺ recommended for those of you who are looking for accommodation, this is the place ☺.

Cocok untuk istirahat saat berpergian jauh.

I've stayed here 3 times, but if you bring your parents, you have to ask first if there is a ground floor room, so you don't have to climb the stairs, overall it's good.

Untuk sekedar nginep yaa lumayan banget, tapi jangan ngarep banyak. Hehee

Kamar bersih rapih, staff ramah.

Hotel bersih, sudah sering staycation di sini, anak happy karena ada kolam renangnya, pelayanan baik ga perlu khawatir kelaparan karena di sana tersedia makanan dan snack dengan harga murah.
