Enthusiastic staff, good customer support, clean rooms, fully equipped, the hotel has a swimming pool with a ceiling so it's cool and not afraid of the sun, there is a playroom for children, the beach opposite the hotel is okay for a temporary swim, there are many cafes near the hotel with beautiful views, this is my second time here. However, the food is not very diverse, people with picky eaters probably won't come back, my family is relatively easy to eat and eats little so breakfast is not too important, having a place for children to play is enough

service and every things is ok with the level of 3,5* hotel, just a bit pity that my superior room not having any sea view. I though that the condotel in higher floors may have sea views.

We booked a room and arrived early around 12pm, thinking we would have to wait until 2pm as per the hotel's rules, but the receptionists were very nice and let us check in early to rest. Thanks

The receptionist talked nonsense, the customer needed help but did not help the customer, even though the customer was holding a small baby and needed a bowl to make food for the baby. He could not help, said the restaurant was closed and that was it. So I ate in a bag or what? He also had no intention of helping. 1 star, never coming back. 10/8 22:20 pm.

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. In general, it's suitable for watching the sea but the beach is not good. The room has very poor soundproofing. I rest in the evening but people who come home late are in another room talking and bathing in the next room. can hear clearly (very inconvenient) The worst thing here is that the morning buffet here is too poor, bad food, average staff 4* hotel without a card machine Overall, not very good

My shared article is of high quality. I went with 3 people, husband and wife with a 3 year old child - Beach: dirty, rocky, no sand, difficult to bathe. People here have no awareness of protecting the sea, so they often eat and leave trash in the sea. Tourists who come to bathe also litter. The advantage is that there is a place to take virtual live photos - Hotel restaurant: normal food, not delicious, good staff cleans the tables constantly. In general, it's industrial-style dining -Room: I stayed in the deluxe double seaview room, the room was nice and okay, but the pillows were high and made it difficult to sleep, the room was quiet, the room design didn't take full advantage of the space so it was a bit of a waste -Location: strawberry beach , far from the center, it takes about 15-30 minutes to eat or go out - Hotel staff: good, comfortable, friendly, supportive, receptionist is good, not annoying like previous guests' comments

Khách sạn khá đẹp, nhân viên vui vẻ nhiệt tình, sát biển. Phòng y như hình ảnh minh họa. Gần nhiều quán ăn, vào trung tâm cũng gần. Điểm trừ duy nhất là gối hơi cao và phòng quá ồn (phòng mình ngay sát đường xe chạy vào baĩ-do không được lựa phòng khi đặt nên không biết ), nếu có thể chat với khách sạn khi đặt phòng thì hay hơn. Hồ bơi gió nhiều nên khá lạnh. Ăn sáng tại khách sạn cũng tạm ổn, món đa dạng, tuy nhiên nếu đi trễ thì phải chờ mới có chỗ ngồi.
