Like so much this, such as family room, so we still belong together but still have privacy for parents.

It was a good place that near many famous places.

Was concerned about small room based on other reviews, but it turned out room size is adequate and comfortable for a 3-star hotel.

If there is an event in the middle of the city, you will cry looking for a way to park and enter this hotel. I made a mistake because I checked in at 8pm. Maps also give me a headache about which way to go because all the roads are closed for the event. If you can check in early, park and then just walk everywhere. Strategically located hotel for a small family, the room is suitable for only 2 people, whatever, the hotel is clean.

Check-in time is supposed to be at noon, but if you arrive at an earlier time and the room is ready, they will let you check in. The room is absolutely comfy with a fridge, but the most unforgettable thing about the room is the bathroom! Fantastic! You could spend hours there 🤣. Overall, I highly recommend this property when visiting Penang, sure I'll come back again and stay at this remarkable hotel.

such a nice experience with this hotel stay .. its in town but in the quiet area . so easy to access and lot of food choices just by walking distance.. you can just walk to the Beryls choc store, pastries heaven Kenny Hills Bakers,Cookiecrumbs.. A quick step to local dish such as nasi kandar, laksa, cendol.. cozy cafes and others.. The bed and pillow was so comfy to my liking.. my room attach is spacious and the window is so big .. The picture state was from my window view ..

Overall, it was OK, but the sink in room 231 was a bit problematic. When the water was turned on, the drain was a bit problematic, causing water to pool in the sink. The hotel would like to re-check the sink in room 231.

Great location and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, cafe and eatery. Clean and comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Blackout curtains. Has a Sofa seating area. Daily drinking water provided. A mini fridge for chilling drinks. The room (220) Aircon is a little weak. Luggage has limited space for opening. Will be good if there is a luggage stand. Ironing board is available at the corridor. Breakfast is simple and tasty. A 24hrs convenient stores across the street.

Staying here was beyond my expectations. The hotel style is really modern, the room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is very proper and super spacious. Not so much variety of the breakfast, but I’m not complaining at all since it’s relatively cheap, all good and enough to have a quick breakfast before exploring Penang. The staff are kind and the location is very strategic too! Really a good deal at the rate offered 👍

This hotel affordable! easy to go any where and very near to padang kota lama, komtar, chew jetti, armenian street and any restaurant 😍 I will go to penang again!
