It was a great stay for a family graduation.

Clean and quiet hotel

Stay at hotel was good. There are some restaurants and other services nearby and a few other hotels. Hotel has good quality gym a few machine and dumbells and treadmills.

Nice hotel

Warning, there are NO rooms with balconies at this hotel, in spite of what Expedia says. We booked a room with a balcony, and when we arrived there was none. When I complained to the front desk, the attendant said “Let me guess you booked through Expedia. For some reason they have that you can request a balcony but we literally have no rooms with balconies in this hotel.” We were disappointed, but the hotel was nice otherwise.

Check in was fast, friendly. Lobby clean. Room and hallway clean.

Amazing property best hotel gym ever

Great visit and highly recommended.

It was quiet. It was nice. Friendly staff. The only down fall is the Expedia listing days breakfast included, but it didn't state for a fee and it showed that it had a pool but it did not.

Booked a balcony room and was given a handicap room. Bar and bristro were closed, never was opened. Starbucks coffee closed at 9, not 930 as we were told.

This hotel was great. Very clean, welcoming, and easy parking.

Do not visit the bar! The bartender has zero knowledge of how to make drinks. Worst drink I have had in 40 years. Also poured doubles and top shelf without asking just to increase bill. I ordered food and the bartender was also the cook. She is an excellent cook! She needs to stay away from the bar!!!

Great stay.

A very nice hotel in a good location not too far from MSU if you're looking for a place to stay that's nice and not far from campus or the football stadium.

It was great except no breakfast.

The service was very slow at the Bistro, but the people were friendly. Flowers in the flower beds in the courtyard would have been very nice. There were a few weeds and bare dirt. The room was very nice. I would have liked for there to be a tea bag or two in the room for my morning tea.

I had a good experience previously with this property. But this time the front desk person when I checked in was very unfriendly and I felt like I was a bother. My room was ok, but the tv would not turn off (property turns the tv on when you check in). I went to the desk and was told maintenance would be there in the morning. Which, as you can imagine, is not very convenient when you will need to sleep. So the choice was either a new room or remote (neither was offered in a pleasant manner). The new remote also did not work, and I ended up needing to change rooms. I was also informed they were not busy enough to open the restaurant so I would need to find other options. Overall it was an ok stay once I was in the new room. A soap dish would have been a nice touch in the bathroom so the soap wasn’t laying on the sink, and you can definitely see where the dirty mop water was left on the bathroom floor. Overall, it was still an ok stay and hoping next time I need to stay there feels more like my first stay.

The staff and housekeeping were excellent

Property was very beautiful

The bed was absolutely horrible. Springs sticking in my side and hard as a rock. I definitely will not stay here again.
