First off, our check-in staff member was excellent. He was very kind and helpful and made us feel welcome from the very start. The room was quiet and very clean. We loved having the laundry machines available for our use. The breakfast choices were a good variety, especially having oat milk for our dairy-free family member. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Great and friendly staff. The only things keeping this from being 5 stars across the board was the pillows being too soft and the bed being too firm.

Everything was great - the room, the fitness center, the breakfast. Super clean. The only complaint was our window faced the on ramp to the highway and it was so loud at times. I did head down to the front desk around 1:30am to grab some ear plugs which were offered per the signs on the elevator wall, but nobody present. Besides the noise it was great!

Clean Great Maid service

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever seen! Great staff from front desk to the breakfast crew to the maintenance man! Wish this team was at all of the hotels I stay!

They let us check in early for a packers night game. The woman who was home from college, I wish I could remember her name, was SO welcoming at check in. This is a really nice hotel

Hotel was a perfect location for an overnight stay in Appleton, WI after attending the GB Packer game. Easy on and off the highway, room was perfect for us, great bathroom (walk-in shower), quiet, staff was very nice and check-in was smooth. Just beware there is a thirty dollar charge to your credit card. Check-in staff was to explain it upon check-in, they did not. Charge covers credit card use and room description after leaving. If all checks out, in 5 to 10 days, it will be reversed on your statement. Would of been nice to know upfront. Check your credit card statments.

Nice hotel, nice rooms. If you’re on the interstate side of the building, you will definitely hear the vehicles. A little to noisy.

It was very nice & clean. However, when it gets dark at night there is a flashing light on the smoke detector & thermostat that keeps you awake.

The hotel itself is very nice. It's clean and the room has a refrigerator and a microwave. They also have complimentary breakfast, which was very good. Although I didn't use them, the fitness room and pool looked very nice. The staff was incredible and I checked in online, which was seamless. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Room AC too loud!

Clean, well managed
