The first day I arrived in the afternoon, greeted by flies in the room, the color of the sheets and blankets were like in the photo and smelled musty, so I had to sleep under a hijab. The small towel by the sink was also very dirty (whether it was a face/hand towel or a doormat because it was shaped like a doormat, but the doormat was placed in a different place). The next day I turned on the make-up room button from 8 am until around 2:30 pm, the room was still not cleaned. Finally, I called the FO to have it cleaned. I requested to have the sheets changed, but the color of the blanket was still dirty. The next day with the same drama, I had to call the FO again to remind me to clean the room at more or less the same time as the previous day. Not bad, the sheets and blankets were replaced with appropriate colors, but the room was not swept. It's a bit surprising, a 4-star hotel with a choice of rooms that expect better privileges, but it turned out like this. Please improve the quality of cleanliness, including the restaurant which is quite annoying with flies and the speed of the laundry service. This criticism is not intended to be derogatory, but hopes to improve the service of a 4-star hotel. Thank you.
