The rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast selection isn't very diverse. There's no fitness center.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options and included free snacks. The parking lot was spacious and convenient.

The staff were very helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the price was good. I will definitely stay there again.

The room is comfortable. The housekeeper is lovely. The only problem is that I was fined 2,000 baht for eating durian. When checking in, the staff should have informed me in advance because some places will inform you that you cannot bring it in to eat. Overall, it's good.

Hotel environment is nice and clean, friendly staff with no issue in communication in English or Chinese. Will come back again for next visit

ถ้าเทียบกับดาวของโรงแรม 4 ดาวควรจะดีกว่านี้ครับ บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ฟร้อนดีแต่ไม่มาก อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยดีเพราะอาหาร บางอย่างควรร้อนแต่ไม่มีความร้อนเลย เช่นข้าวต้ม ข้าวผัด แกงจืดเต้าหู้ไข่ รายการอาหารมีให้เลือกน้อยเกินไป ไม่ค่อยเติมใหม่แบบทำไว้นานแล้ว หมูปิ้งให้ออเดอร์ยังไม่มีความร้อนมาแบบเย็นๆ หมูติดมันมาเยอะมากแล้วไม่ร้อน ส่วนน้ำผลไม้ควรเย็นแต่ไม่มีความเย็นต้องขอน้ำแข็ง ดีที่ชาร้อน เครื่องชงชาดี ชาไทย ชาเขียว ช็อคโกแลตรสชาติดีครับ ส่วนของสระว่ายน้ำไม่สะดวกในการใช้บริการ เพราะอยู่คนละอาคาร แล้วตำแหน่งไม่ค่อยน่าเล่น การบริการโดยรวมขอให้ 1 ดาวครับ

Great Hotel with clean and comfortable room and close proximity to the greatest mall in Chiang Mai. On top of that, the staff were friendly and helpful.

I didn't know that Moose Chiang Mai had 2 branches. GPS took me to the Nimman branch but it didn't matter. After the school staff recommended it, I pinned it and went again. The first sight I saw The school is large and has a large parking lot and has several EV charging points. Below, there is water, milk, and snacks to serve tourists after receiving the key card. Went up to the room and opened the room. OMG, I personally really like it. The arrangement is perfect. There is a Moose doll sitting and waiting to welcome you in the room. As for the bathroom, I really like it as well. It's spacious and has dry and wet zones. The clothing racks are spacious with a large mirror and a variety of breakfasts. The dining room is eye-catching with white tones. But I'm secretly a little bored: in the morning, the room opposite is loud and the door slams shut. Children running and playing loudly The sound came into the room and didn't keep much sound. But I can understand that the kids would be excited to come visit. ^_^
