Not satisfied with the service, no water for daily use. Bad attitude of receptionist.

Phòng đặt qua traveloka, đến nơi mới biết ở tầng 9, nhưng thang máy chỉ đến tầng 8. 27kg hành lý kéo từ tầng 9 xuống tầng 8 muốn bể cái vali. Hy vọng nên remark vấn đề này trong miêu tả fong để lường trước. Bồn tắm có gián, dơ. Chốt khoá cửa bên trong hư , không tác dụng. Không yên tâm khi ngủ

Điểm trừ: Phòng đặt có ban công nhưng đưa vào phòng bị bản tên che lấp hết, no view, khi báo muốn đổi phòng thì lại nói phòng có ban công hết rồi, dù đã đặt trả tiền từ trước :) Phòng không có giaya vệ sinh và không có mước lọc free, phaie tự mua nhé mn Điẻm công: Đc cái vị trí ok trung tâm, sạch sẽ

The staff on the phone asked for support but their conversation was quite difficult to hear, the receptionist was not friendly, and the facilities were old. The hotel does not support refunds

For that price, I think it is very suitable for what you get. Even though communication is limited, the staff is quite friendly. I was only slightly bothered by the musty smell when I entered the room, even though the exhaust had already been turned on.

I stayed on the 9th floor. The downside is that the hotel looks dark and reminds me of a ghost hotel 😂 The elevator only goes to the 8th floor and I walked to the 9th floor so I was a bit scared. The room is spacious and beautiful, very bright, but the bed sheets and pillowcases are extremely smelly, have a sour smell that makes me have to spray perfume on the bed to sleep =)) I hope the hotel will fix the sheets and make them clean. I only like the large room, but I don't like the rest 🤣

we paid full amount for breakfast for 3 nights stay for 4 adult. But we did't get the breakfast from the hotel.
