We always stay at this hotel and it is always a wonderful experience!

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed. Breakfast was good too.

We had a great time. Breakfast was great. A little noise above us but that can't be helped with kids involved.

Convenient lication but big thing was the hotel itself- pet friendly, clean, lovely shower , kitchen with real plates, only thing we didn’t use was breakfast - not appealing although location is good in lobby

Pool was clean and room was clean! We had a great stay! Would highly recommend!

Really liked that they refreshed towels daily but after a week they still hadn’t changed the linens. It took two days of asking to get the sheets changed on day 9 of our stay. I also wish they had wiped down surfaces in the room a few times.

When we arrived about 5:00 p.m. no member of the staff at the desk. I had to go looking in the back room for someone. Eventually they came to the front and checked us in, but acted like we were interrupting them. Very rude. Also, our room had a strange odor which we could not identify. The next morning the staff said that animals are allowed in all rooms. Beware!!

Pleasant experience with staff, room looked just like the photos. Didn’t feel crowded even though it was fully booked.

The bed and room were very comfortable. The shower was great. The indoor pool was very nice and heated. I would stay here again and recommend to others as well.

Room was everything we needed and staff was way more courteous and friendly that even some managers i have met recently. Only suggestion is elongated toilets for handicapped rooms and to be sure all doors are accessible to electric wheelchairs.

The staff was very accommodating, and nice. Breakfast was awesome. My daughter loves the heated indoor pool. She actually met friends that she was able to play with through roblox. Overall the stay was awesome! When i cisit Kentucky again, this will be my place to stay!

The room was amazing and easily accommodated us and our four grands. Loved the apartment size refrigerator/freezer. Staff was very helpful, even sending a text during the second day to let him know if we needed anything. Very convenient to many eating establishments. When looking for a hotel, I will start with a Home 2 Suites. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Very nice, clean hotel. 30 minutes from the Ark. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great!!

The room was great in appearance. And the Terri who checked us in was amazing. That's about all thats positive. The desk sticks out so far that you can't use it if the bed is pulled out. The mattresses were so uncomfortable even my kids couldn't sleep. The bathroom door didn't close all the way and there was no lock on it. Breakfast was lacking to say the least. We were told there was a 25 minute wait on eggs and on all proteins. Had the room not been so expensive, my expectations would've been different for sure but not worth the cost.
