Loved it

Stayed with family and kids for a night while visiting sea world. Clean room and bathroom with hardwood floors, excellent hot breakfast with variety of choices, will definitely stay again. They charge $5 a night for self parking which can be avoided.

Overall, the hotel and rooms were clean and nice. We asked for a crib for the two nights we were there and they didn’t have one available on either of the nights. The breakfast area was broken into two opposite ends of the lobby which made things confusing and not easily manageable.

Everything was good

It was ok for the time we started, the staff was great and came to our needs , if I had to stay longer then a week I wouldn't, other then that it was a 4.75 out of 10

Breakfast was great. A variety of items offered. Very clean well maintained hotel. Polite staff.

Clean room, two hotels in one building. The separate breakfast set ups were a little confusing but both buffets are available for people staying in either hotel.

The room I stayed had been remodeled but the bathroom doors did not even close all the way so the water ran all over the floor. And was pooling even under the shower… also, the hotel’s back entrance/exit door kept locking up so I after several times of walking around on the outside to get to my vehicle, I had to ask at the front desk if it was broken. It was quickly fixed….

Amazing facility and guest service was exceptional.

We enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean the whole building is clean.

The staff was attentive and the place is clean.

It’s a good location if you’re going to SeaWorld/Aquatica, the rooms need to be more detailed cleaning , the restrooms specifically; had lots of old soap stains and looked rusted on the shower area. Also I think there was a kids baseball tournament or something like that going on the area because we had breakfast there one morning only but didn’t for the other day of our stay because what we saw. I saw two Kids were playing on the ground with utensils to grab the food , I know this has more to do with the parents not paying attention to what their kids are doing, but that’s a big no no for us . The front desk staff was really friendly and attentive.

The only thing i did not like about this property was having to pay for parking. I do not think you should charge to park at your own property...you have plenty of parking availability. So when i arrived i had to put a 50$ deposit for a 5$ parking permit which i was not aware of before hand.

The staff accommodated our many unique needs to make our visit to San Antonio a memorable experience attending the Grandson’s completion of boot camp at Lackland Air Force Base. Shout out to Ray.

A couple of things you will have to pay for parking and also have a $50 refundable deposit. I also found a cockroach in my room. That grossed me out. I contacted the front desk and expedia and was refunded 1 nite out of the two nights I paid for. Customer Service was great Im not sure I would stay there again if they have cockroaches

Hotel real clean and lobby cute furniture. Staff are very helpful and nice.

The customer service was excellent, even Dona Maria in the breakfast area very polite and friendly, There was no coffe pot inside the rooms

Overall this hotel was great for our needs. Downsides are the rooms are a bit small, no storage space options, like drawers or shelves. And safes are not in the rooms. Other than that, check in/check out was easy, breakfast was decent and it is a good location to get to most things within about 20min.
