Was located conveniently to the NASCAR museum and Bank of America Stadium

Just one comment need real scramble eggs.

My stay at this establishment was absolutely phenomenal. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a smile, outstanding hospitality and professionalism. I’ve travelled many places and have not to this date met an employee who was truly dedicated to providing an incredible experience. Provided outstanding customer service, knowledge beyond measure and compassion for my family and myself due to the passing my brother. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better and if someone tried I don’t think they would have close to the employee by the name of Tina. She assisted with my early check in. Provided a room with an amazing view. Explained in full detail all the accommodations the hotel had to offer throughout my stay. I was provided with everything I needed and so much more. I can’t explain in words how much I appreciated what she did for my family and I. I hope the company recognizes what an amazing employee they have in Tina. I hope they give her a standing ovation for the level of service she provides with care to every customer. However, in this moment I’m speaking of me. Thank you Tina for all you have done during my time in Charlotte. It was a difficult moment due to the passing of my brother and you made the stay memorable in such a positive way. 🙏🙏 RP. Peebles

I can’t be more than happy, one if not the first hotel that I ever stayed at that it was impeccable, I always carry Clorox and Lysol to clean the bathroom and furniture areas for my kids and also spray Lysol on the sheets for extra protection but I didn’t need to in this hotel (I did it anyway to have a peace of mind) I meet Maria the lady that cleans the suites and ask her for an extra paper towel since I forgot to bring one and I did thank her personally for her hard work and of course I tipped her when I check out, I’m definitely staying here again, this was a Father’s Day gift to watch Real Madrid live and my family enjoyed the game and the stayed at the hotel. Thank you Tina for your great customer service, it was highly appreciated. Mrs. Archila

Friendly staff...great location, be back next year A++

Right across from NASCAR National Hall of Fame in Uptown, very convenient. Share the same parking lot with Whole Foods. I like Home2Suites, since you can heat up your food in the microwave, and there are kitchen utensils, although I didn't use them for the trip.

Parking was difficult to navigate. Locked gates prevented us from going to the level we were required to park in.

Property is in a good area next to whole foods which is helpful. Lots of dinning options. Great views from the hotel. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was decent.

The front desk lady working the night of Monday, June 9th 2025 was phenomenal. She helped meet our requests even with a hiccup, gave us a great room with a view, and she was nice and had great stories to tell us. We stay at hotels often and our stay with home2 suites has been one of our favorites due to the hotel room/view and mostly the phenomenal staff.

Rooms were clean and comfortable… parking was a little strange

Everythng was great but I did not like that i had to pay an additional parking fee to park in the garage and get a new slip to get out the parking garage every time.

Property seemed to be sold out which made for longer lines at breakfast. Still the staff worked hard to keep things stocked and lines moving. They were constantly busy and helpful given the crowds they had to work around. Great job!

King room was LARGE! Bed was too soft so we had to put on floor to avoid backaches. Staff was friendly and very supportive. Parking ws difficult at times but hotel was able to provide an alternative that was acceptable. I would stay again
