Make sure you read the fine prints.The apt would do with some updating. The apt feels cold and unwelcoming. Bedding/ towel/ bed are old and needs updating. Cons- staff responsive and kitchen equipment.

Long black hair in the bed , surrounding area horribly dirty , a dumping ground outside your window , Apartment was ok ..A little pricey and couldn't understand how there was every cleaning product there to clean the place but absolutely nothing to use to wash yourself ..No soap of any kind

Apartment was greatly located with everything in walking distance. Plenty of room I apartment which was very clean inside and comfortable and had many home comforts. Will defiantly stay here again when back in Belfast.

Loved this apartment - very spacious. Nice modern decor. Nice and clean. Wonderful views over the city. Really warm - central heating very efficient which you need at this time of year. Everything supplied for a comfortable stay - there were complimentary toiletries, cleaning materials such as washing up liquid, cif, tea towel, plenty of toilet rolls. There was a bottle of white wine left for us which was a nice touch and some yummy crisps. We didn't bring a car but there was an underground car park which was easy to access. Seemed a very safe area, fobs needed to open all doors. Lift worked and there were 2 to choose from. Great central location - we mostly needed the hoho and tours so the office is 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Stayed for 4 nights on a longer trip through the UK and Ireland. Pros-Apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. Had a full kitchen including a washing machine. 2 full bathrooms and lots of towels. Enjoyed the crisps and bottle of wine. Few areas that could use improvement - toilet tissue dispenser and towel racks in both bathrooms, hooks for coats, updated cookware and fix the broken blinds in the living area,end tables on both sides of the bed and maybe add some paintings to the walls. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to the downtown.

Positioned in a run down part of town. However interior of flat is pleasant. Had to keep windows closed because of an alarm from somewhere in the city which rang constantly for 2 days and nights and echoed into apartment. On second night I suffered 22 bites despite windows being closed and we packed and left early. I did report this to the office but they have not contacted me since the initial phone call.

Stunning property, very well maintained and was great to find that there was tea/coffee and other basics available to use until you got to a shop. Very central, just a short walk to city centre/Victoria Square and great to have secure parking included. Love the chalkboard wall!!!

my stay was lovely and the information was easy to follow with no issues. The apartment was spotless and clean, easy access to my destination and the added bonus of secure parking made a difference.Location doesn't look in the best area but was were I needed to be.

Nous avons apprécié la situation de l'appartement près du centre ville à pied, avec commerces, restaurants, transports. Au calme, avec place de parking réservée et accès par badge. L'appartement est spacieux et bien aménagé avec un grand canapé, une baignoire, deux chambres avec lit double. A noter il y a bien des détecteurs de fumée.
