There is no fan or air conditioning, so during the day it is very stuffy and hot in the room.

Overall everything is good, only the wifi is slow so the TV can't be watched. We checked in early and were served well

The hotel staff is friendly, the family room is clean, the location is good, you can get a free voucher to enter Balekambang Park, note for blankets, pillow cases, bed sheets, it is better to choose anti-musty detergent when washing them, thank you.

In general it's good, but there are no mats at all. Next time, each room could have a mat added for the bathroom.

the hotel staff is friendly but got a room that was not suitable and dirty as if it had not been occupied for a long time. the room was not soundproof at all so it was not comfortable. there were no towels and mats, the sheets and blankets looked like they had not been washed 😭🙏

Booked because of the good reviews. At first I was a bit hesitant when I arrived at the parking lot and lobby. But when I arrived at the room, the room was clean. Worth it. For that price.

Staying here, you will get a welcome drink, water every day, towels changed every day, get discount vouchers for souvenir centers, restaurants and cafes, get free entrance tickets to Balekambang Park and its waterpark. All services are here, basically. For those who don't like to mess around, this is suitable

comfortable and close to Grobogan Sewu waterfall for towels maybe 2 are provided directly, you don't have to ask the receptionist even though the response is fast and good chocolate + coffee spices are delicious

Thank you very much, this hotel is quite comfortable to stay, the location is very strategic & there are many supporting facilities around it. When you arrive there is also a delicious welcome drink and given many vouchers that can be used during your stay. However, please improve: 1. Cleanliness, especially under the bed. 2. Service, when we went there it was past check-in time, but there was no bathroom mat in the room and only 1 towel (we booked a room for 3 people). Hopefully in the future it can be better 🙏🏻

The room was not clean, there was a lot of lizard droppings and the bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were old, the bath towels provided were tattered.

For the room is quite clean. Just a suggestion. Can be added EXHAUST in the room because it does not have AC. First impression. When. Entering the room it feels damp and stuffy. For the rest is ok with the price of 400 thousand for 3 people.
