Booked a room and made a transaction. But after arriving at the location the hotel was not ready or still closed and the money was not returned. I'm losing. When the hotel called the telephone there was also no answer.

Order 4 rooms private room where 1 room has 1 toilet per room. But instead given a room given a private room 3 rooms given a family room, 3 rooms and 1 toilet. Finally 6 people had to queue every shower / toilet. The guard asked he said already full, even though until check out there are still empty rooms. The room is okay, only hot water often dies. Towels are not provided, you have to ask for new ones. The plus side is the location is close to the view to Mount Bromo.

Really recommend for backpackers. The homestay directly faces Mount Bromo and Shell. If you want to find the location, just disarching the lava view of the lodges, the homestay will be in front of it exactly. Because this google map homestay has a different location. Toiletries must bring your own except towels, but also bring your own.

This is the first time I have given a bad review to a hotel or others, first I came to this hotel (for a check-in) at 8, and I waited for the hotel staff to come, about 1 hour to wait, they did not pick up our telephone calls, so we had to looking for a hotel somewhere else, Until the next day they didn't contact us and when we came back today (March 4) they just said, I really don't recommend this hotel for the next guest.

There are no toiletries, but the room is nice and comfortable, but the smell is less fragrant, the view and location are very strategic and safe.

I ordered it not according to what I ordered. Rooms are not suitable as boarding houses not like hotels. I feel cheated. And the hotel people casually talk with customers. Really disappointed.

Low budget, strategic place, close to Bromo Mountain.

The rooms are good, strategic also come out directly get a view of Mount Bromo, facilities that lack of water only sometimes run out, especially at 9 o'clock in the morning when the water is gone. If it's late until evening it's smooth. The two-layer blanket also makes it resistant to cold air. And the hot water doesn't turn on the possibility of the gas running out. Overall okay for the budget anyway

The location of the roadside is rather noisy, the toilet has no water, the door to the room cannot be locked, the jeep service is less satisfactory.

Door handle rusty, difficult to open and close the door, even to lock the door. Broken windows, can’t be open. Bathroom door handle broken. Towels are likes bath mat, even worse. No warm water, and the guy needs to fix it by turning off water, so all other rooms have no water. All flies in the rooms when we checked in. Worst hotel...

The room was nice and comfortable, there was hot water, only soap was provided for showering.

Early morning going to the bromo, the electricity went out, but it turned out, check-in waiting for the guard for a long time, eh, morning, check-out the water was dead, really disappointed!

Google maps messed up, rooms have lots of flies.

Very strategic location. directly overlooking the Bromo Crater we and a family of 4 rooms booking. Can the lower rooms 1 and 3 above (the one above the full house has a kitchen and living room) the lower rooms are quite clean and nice but the upper rooms are lacking (greedy). The rooms above are also narrower. Water is rather difficult sometimes flowing sometimes baseball, hot water? I decided to boil only water. But not bad for a break. Lots of food passing by and next to the lava view hotel restaurant. so don't worry laper😀

Honestly, I regret staying here. POSITIVE: The location is very close to Mount Bromo, more precisely next to Lava view. As for the room, it feels normal, a special club. NEGATIVE: - It is very difficult to contact / look for this lodging contact because they only put the customer servuce OYO Pusat telephone number. So you want to browse anywhere, you won't find the contact person of this inn. - GPS location of Google maps is not updated so it is difficult to ask local people. For those of you who are confused where to go, just look for Lava view lodge. Well, this inn is next to it. - The bathroom water is very small and it becomes a serious problem. Since I was with a guest, I automatically felt guilty because I was the one who stayed at this inn. - Many flies. I don't know why there are so many flies in the room even though there is no trash in the room where we sleep. Even in the toilet, even though there is no human waste that hasn't been flushed yet. I wonder why? Is it because it's not clean or dirty? But I swear with disgust.

Normally a homestay, there are only a few rooms in the house. 5 rooms lined up like boarding houses. Good quality mattress and blanket. Able to withstand cold, colorful towels. Not uniform, it seems not standard oyo. There is no drinking water, soap, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Clean bathroom with shower and toilet seat. Hot water is available from gas heaters, but between life and death. The service of the staff is good at check-in, it is early morning. Was confused looking. Apparently there is a security guard at the end of the building. The best of this homestay is its position on the edge of the Caldera.

Very good location! but unfortunately, there are some things that I hope can be improved so that this place can be even better. 1) the receptionist is often not at the place, even when we come, we have to wait 1 hour more for him to come. 2) Dirty rooms with dusty floors, lots of flies, in front of our terrace there is a packet of white bread that has been moldy who knows who owns it. And also the trash can in the bathroom there is a former cardboard shampoo who knows when the former visitor. 3) There are no toiletries as usually provided by each OYO room. The reason for the owner is because they have not been able to ration from OYO. 4) There is no cupboard and a place to hang clothes and bags in the room so the room will be very messy if we spend more than a day here because there is no place to put dirty clothes other than on the floor. 5) Very disappointed with the OYO call center, we were confused to find the location of the inn and called many times during the night and morning but were not picked up by OYO Customer Service. Finally, we tried it ourselves and our own difficulties when following the path indicated by Google Maps.

The shower doesn't make enough water. I must stay on bathroom for a long time to wait the water enough for using.

The room is exactly like the photo, nice, double blanket, top anyway.
