Everything is good, clean, the staff is helpful and works well. But unfortunately the hotel guards are male and often go back and forth into the women's area. Even the officers who rest in the morning (sleep) in an empty capsule in the women's area. That's quite disturbing and uncomfortable. Because in my opinion male officers should not enter the women's area to maintain privacy. This hotel has a shared toilet so that's the most uncomfortable thing because there are men in the women's area. Incidentally I don't wear a hijab but what about guests who wear a hijab? Please pay attention again.

The location of the accommodation is very strategic, you can go to ATMs, Indomaret, food stalls, everything is close 👍

It was clean. If you are looking for a cheap but comfortable hotel for a stay, this capsule hotel can be your option.

A bit worried because the BCA staff is not available 24 hours. The staff is friendly. The place is comfortable. It's noisy when you're accompanying guests who come. In the morning the staff was noisy, I don't know what they were doing. There are male staff who wander back and forth to the girls' rooms. There's no TV. I don't know how I feel, but sorry the water is so oily. On (say) the terrace there is a small drying area for high school tables and chairs. Can make you relax. Cool. It's noisy when it's raining. Hotel on floors 2 and 3. Quite high and narrow. It's difficult for those carrying suitcases or those whose knees aren't strong😁. For young, high school backpackers with an adventurous spirit, highly recommended!

For the cheap price, this capsule hotel was a great choice. But the stairs too small to bring big luggage and the fan inside the capsule not that great.

Kalau boleh, ketika lampu di dalam kapsul sudah dimatikan, sebaiknya lampu warna biru (lampu yang menempel di dinding luar kapsul) juga bisa ditutup dari sisi dalam supaya jangan ada lagi lampu yang menyala di dalam kapsul. Ini saran dari yang ingin ruang kapsul total tidak ada cahaya ketika sedang tidur.

Ini yang kedua kalinya aku menginap di sini. Harganya terjangkau, kamar yang nyaman dan bersih bikin betah serasa kamar sendiri. Staff-nya dari dulu ramah-ramah dan baik hati.

Selalu nginep di sini kalau di Bali. Tempatnya bagus dan dekat ke mana-mana.

I do enjoy my second visit and stay here. Please don't put any coverage on the lay out of the male floor. Looks viewless. We do enjoy the view from both sides. But you put pieces of wood to cover then now becoming viewless. Let it be. My feedback.
