Bad service.

Bathrooms are not clean, rooms are dirty, service is not friendly.

The shower water comes out a little and at first the water comes out dirty mixed with mud. Room facilities are quite comfortable.

the front door is hard to open, kinda stuck in the corner, there's a hole in the bathroom door and only covered by pieceof cloth. you have to pay more to get soap

Quite comfortable, quiet for rest and vacation in the city of Bandung. looking for easy needs. Strategic location.

The bedroom is outdated, no drinking water, no colkan. In my opinion, the free TV ruins the good name of Oyo Hotel.

the bad is not for staying, it's just like old building, dirty place, hot air conditioner, te bathroom is just like public restroom. for that price should be they do better then right now, the staff also wake me up early morning only for parking it's useless. my opinion agent should not show this Wisma because it's not for tourism industry that place good for student who want stay at big city in low budget. when you see the building in the first time it's just like horror movie. the staff also don't know how to do hospitality standard. my suggestion they should burn that place and change to cemetery

The service is satisfying, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The mattress hurts really much per already out.

The dirty room was never cleaned, there were cigarette butts on the hot water table, no bad experience.
