Not suitable for people with disabilities and also the food in the dining room sucks! I wish they had a microwave in each room 40 customers to use. Also no safety bars in the bathroom or showerfor people with disability.

I think the staff is the property's best asset. They were all amazing. I enjoyed my stay there, and plan on staying there in the future at the right rate. Also, breakfast was outstanding.

Welcoming staff, AMAZING breakfast and dinner was also wonderful. Just lacking a few minor details I’d expect such as more toiletries. It would also benefit from little upgrades such as toilet bin which was very noticeably rusty. Face rags have also done their time but apart from these little things, all was lovely and I would stay again.

Gorgeous colonial hotel with style and class. Needs some maintenance work done in the rooms and update of facilities like Wifi and newer TVs. Received room upgrade with my Expedia Platinum Status, thank you for that. Ladies at front desk are very efficient and helpful. House Keeping has some problems, probably short number of staff. Had to ask to get the Blue Mountain Suite cleaned at 1pm and waited from 2pm when requested until 6pm when delkivered for additional towels. Nevertheless I will be back since this will always be my home in Kingston!

Had an amazing time, only problem was pool was not clean to use amd too much people walking pass the pool to go to the bathroom.so we sat for 5 minutes and left

The breakfast was a high point. The property was clean and quiet and the staff was very respectful and friendly. The cleanliness of the place was excellent.

I didn’t get to see the whole property as was out on business all day, everyday, however, my encounter with the employees was exceptional. They were all kind, courteous and extremely helpful. I would certainly return and would not hesitate to recommend.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with an amazing parking option that made everything so convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly—special shoutout to Abigail and Sherica at reception who went above and beyond. I also ordered room service and the food was delicious—highly recommend the burger with grilled root veggies! Would definitely stay here again.

The ambiance was breath talking. Food was detectible. Staff was courteous.
