It was very disappointing when we arrived, there was no guard, the villa was still locked, we waited for almost 2 hours at the security post asking for help to contact the guard, in the morning I wanted to take a shower, the water was off, the guard was called and did not come until I checked out, the location is also not comfortable, next to the villa there are people working on cutting using a grinder, the noise is really loud, not according to expectations

It turned out to be true there, the water went out at night, luckily the villa guard was willing to come at night. But it went out again in the morning. Finally my husband fixed the pump until it could turn on again. As for the villa, it's clean, comfortable. There's karaoke, smooth wifi. The water heater is also okay. There's soap, shampoo. Clean cooking utensils. The furniture is also quite new. It's just that the place is quiet, the left and right, the front are all empty. If you need peace and quiet, it's perfect. Hopefully the problem can be fixed. So that those who stay are comfortable. Suggestion if you want to book, give a gap of time between booking and check in. So that the villa guard can prepare first. At least 1 hour before.
