Stayed here seven years ago . Great stay. Will be back.

Hello I called multiple times today to change the date of my reservation for July 1st. The réceptionnist at 1pm told me the reservation has been changed for July 1st and I should receive a confirmation email. I didn’t receive it. I checked my spam and everything. Can you please tell me and send me the confirmation email ?

Close to airport

It was pleasant stay

The shower was not clean. It had long hair in the drain. The shower head sprays water everywhere. The toilet stopped working at one point and required a Plummer to fix it. The small poor outside our room wasn’t clean. The restaurant connected to the hotel opened at 9am for breakfast which most restaurants starts at 7am.

Never stayed there before but with my stay it was awesome everything went smoothly

This place is a good hotel to spend a night but no more. Room was clean, but the tv didn’t work, not a big deal. The staff let my wife and I lounge around the pool until our afternoon flight to Grand Turks.

My stay was short but was quite comfortable. Property is well kept, all in all my stay was wonderful.

Expedia mentions a free beach shuttle which does not actually exist. Sheets had small tears in them and towels/sheets also had some stains/dirt. Overall was not a terrible stay, but the room was very small and not at all worth the money I paid for the night.

Perfectly adequate

It is a good place to stay for a layover to the airport.

The pool was not well maintained and not very inviting. Besides the attached restaurant which has a limited menu, there are very few restaurants nearby. The surrounding area looked very rundown. We would not go back there again.

Great place good food and terrific service

The receptionist husband drove us to our next resort since it was to early for taxis.
