First time there. Ordered through the app, but when we arrived at the place we were asked to pay again, following the price if we bought offline. Huhuu, what a loss. Where there is no soap, shampoo, and others.

The room smells damp, the ceiling is moldy, the AC is not cold, the bed is hard and the mattress springs make it uncomfortable. When checking in, the officer asked us to pay the difference between the application price and the hotel price. Strange and annoying. 👎

Highly not recommended. Very dirty and the hotel asks for more money outside the booking. The price does not match the facilities.

The price in the application is different from the price when checking in at OYO. The price in the application is 90. On the spot, the price asked for is 235. The staff made up the price. When asked for official information, the price was different and they didn't have it. The room is small. The mattress makes noises like it's going to break. There's no hot water. It's very bad!

The price is very different from the one in the application. When I got there, they asked for more money. There were many reasons. They asked me to add more because the price there was 200 thousand. So I asked them to add the difference from the application price.

At the hotel, the owner want extra charge of room cause not the same with the traveloka aplication.

Worse, there's no soap and you can't smoke. The TV remote doesn't work, don't check in here, I've given up.

Tadinya mau nginep 3 malam gak jadi, jadinya cuma 2 malam, hotel kotor kayak gak disapu & pel, selimut kotor, TV gak nyala, AC kurang dingin, tidak ada sabun, tidak welcome drink, cukup kaget, pernah nginep di hotel lebih murah dari ini tapi pelayanan & fasilitas bagus.

The shower is dead, there is no Tv Remote, and it turns out that the price in the application is different. So the Weekand turned out to be 190 thousand so I added 28 thousand. But it's okay, the SOP is actually don't pay in the application first, because it's feared it will be different from the place and it turns out to be correct. The rest is good service, the place is clean.

Harga berbeda dengan aplikasi, AC panas, bantal/sprei kotor dan bau, lantai kotor, lobby kotor, wifi lemot, pokoknya pikir ulang kalo mau nginep di sini.

Stayed for the third time, the air conditioner is really cold, it's good because it wasn't cold before, the tv has netflix and youtube. The mattress is noisy but and the towels are less absorbent.

Thank God it's comfortable. The air conditioner is cold, the tv is working (+) there is an mbox, hehe. The sink works. Clean bathroom . Comfortable mattress. Of all the oyoos I've been to, this one is the best and the cleanest. No cigarette smell 🙏😁 thank you.
