It was really comfortable to stay here for 2 nights. The staff was really helpful, there was a welcome drink during check-in, the standard room was spacious enough and super cozy, the room was also cleaned the next day. The breakfast was also really good, varied and delicious. I will come back here if I play in Batu again

A hotel with excellent service in every way. Easy access, close to tourist attractions. A small hotel but very impressive & not inferior to big hotels. Overall, highly recommended & can be repeated.

It was very pleasant to stay here, everything was good, we were in a family room, the room was clean and spacious, there was lots of food in front of the hotel.

The place is very comfortable, in front of the room there is a place to relax and a simple garden. The hotel restaurant can see Mount Arjuna. Wifi is okay. Every day the room is cleaned. Excellent.

stay here Because the location is close to the transport museum, near Indomaret, in front of the hotel there are many street vendors (meatballs, chicken noodles, satay). for the view (deluxe room floor G) it is good, it's just that because it is located on the G floor so the view of Mount Arjuna is not optimal (obstructed by the ZAM ZAM and Aston hotels), but you can still get a view of the mountain. the location is strategic, you want to go anywhere close. Suggestion if you want to go to Alun-alun Batu/to the nearest mall at night, it is better to use ojol/taxol, because it is simple and you won't be confused about parking. for the staff are very friendly and provide a very detailed explanation of what is prohibited during the stay (smoking in the room area), including paid snacks in the room. for the initial check-in, a 100k cash deposit is required as a guarantee, but after checkout it will be returned if there is no charge. stay in a deluxe mountain view room, get a large room, there is also a balcony to just enjoy the view of the city lights of Batu City at night (if the weather is clear). there is a smart TV with a Netflix account that has been provided. a small refrigerator to keep drinks cold. breakfast has various menus, there are fried rice, chicken katsu, capjay, bread, omelettes, etc. like standard breakfast in hotels in general, you can also request instant noodles for breakfast. the taste is quite ordinary but still delicious because it is on the 1st floor of an open area so you can have breakfast while enjoying the view of Mount Arjuno. next time, actually staying 1 night is not enough, the atmosphere is really great, especially if it rains it will definitely be more romantic. the only minus is the internet connection, maybe it can be fixed, because when it's night it often disconnects itself and there is no internet connection, so sometimes when you're enjoying watching Netflix it stops. hopefully in the future the internet problem can be fixed. that's my honest review.

OK very clean, towels in plastic. Cutlery is also covered in plastic. For cleanliness, it's very OK.

Finally got a hotel that fits the budget but the room is clean, the staff is friendly, the food in the restaurant is delicious and the portions are big, so you don't need to leave the hotel to find food. Next time I go to Batu again, I will definitely stay here again 👍
