I didn't get my deposit back at the hub, it's hard to promise, just promise to get the money back, Apatel thieves don't stay here, your deposit money will be lost.

Very very bad experience & not satisfied. Price too high with this condition of the unit apartment which I rented last night! Very dirty everywhere, many cockroaches everywhere, especially in dining room & bathroom! There is no internet wifi & we can't watch TV & use the internet! Very bad! Overall condition of the unit is very dirty! Very not recommended. Especially for the agent who managed this unit. The name of the agent is: aptel mitra inovasi. I have attached all the photo proof. Please immediately give a strong warning to the agent because I & my family as a customer feel very disappointed & at a loss with the price I paid & the very dirty condition of the apartment unit

Very disappointing (lack of maintenance), dusty, smelly room (from dirty pantry drains), lots of insects (like cockroaches) in all rooms (including the bedroom) coming out of the cracks in the walls and the drain in the bathroom had overflowed (maybe because dead end).

Lembab, sofa bau, banyak sekali kecoa berkeliaran, even pas tidur di kasur, kotor, apek, not recommended, habis balikin kunci lama banget deposit di kembalikan, padahal pas nagih cepet, will never come back

Dirty room, and long wait for check-in, not according to the clock.

The original place is good, recommended pok for those who want to stay overnight.
