I didn't stay because I was disappointed with the Oyo 2469 Sutomo employee. The story starts with me opening 2 rooms, 1 family and the other a twin room. The initial agreement with the afternoon employee was that it was permissible for a family room to contain 3 people, but when I went out in the afternoon and just returned to the hotel at night, it was suddenly said that I wanted to charge per person in the family room. Even though the initial agreement was allowed to be filled by 3 people, but suddenly why wasn't it allowed at night, it couldn't be refunded either. Finally, my four friends and I did not stay overnight because we were already not in the mood with the employees here. There is no form of responsibility even from employees, even though it was their fault that they allowed it from the start and then suddenly didn't allow it. Kapok.
