Very friendly staff, very polite! Specially mention to Zachariah who was very engaging with recommendations of various locations to visit. Also one team member who although was just finishing his night shift, patiently kept the lift doors open while I finished my conversation with his colleague a reception. Great customer service!

We were in Joburg to visit family before a flight out to USA. The room was excellent - esp the view across to Little Falls and the city. Best of all they were very accommodating of our need for an extended checkout at a reasonable fee so that we could head tot he airport rested.

Very nice hotel with beautiful view. We were hoping to have a good time drinking cocktails on the deck but the hotel decided to privatize the full pool deck for a function. This hotel without the pool deck is just average. Very disappointed that we were not notified and not even offered a small gesture.

SERVICE FOR BREAKFAST WAS VERY SLOW EVERY MORNING . NO COFFEE IN OUR ROOM . TOWELS ONLY ONE LARGE ONE .. MISSING 1 LRGE AND 2 SMALL, THE EXCUSE WAS ITS A VERY BUSY WEEKEND. BERY BAD WATER LEAK IN THE TIOLET VERY NICE STAY BUT LACK IN MANAGMENT

The rooftop restaurant and pool area area amazing. Views forever. Breakfasts are delicious. Staff super friendly and always willing to assist. Coctail menu and dinner menu are highly recommended.

Blueberry Hill very average. Awoken at 4am with weights being dropped on the floor of the gym. Room pricey for lack of view, looking onto industrial building. Cold morning shower, and upon reporting, staff were hardly surprised. Disappointing for sure

I arrived on Saturday 5/9/2021 afternoon at about 5:00. My room was not made up but the reception asked me to wait to be assigned to another room. The manager then upgraded me to a penthouse apartment 501 amazing service with stunning view. Unfortunately there was some small things in the apartment not working. TV in main room no remote and not working, no water in fridge to use the on tap cold water dispenser, main bathroom shower - used shower gel from previous guest still there, in the main bedroom in the cupboard a pair of socks and personal creams and in the drawers 2 books from a previous guest. In a kitchen cupboard found a dirty ice-cream container full of crumbs, no tea in kitchen. This is not massive problems but reminders of previous guest not nice to fine in an apartment of this nature. I was a quest of Dr Andrew Good. Thanks for the upgrade. Wilma Erasmus

Our stay was jst OK, staff was friendly but had to ask abt other things so not very informative unless asked. We didn't have a door key had to call for assistance each time we returned to our room. Nice veiw at night but There are no gowns. Water not hot jst warm. No bath only a shower. Air-conditioning don't have hot air only cool or very limited. Atleast we could watch Netflix

Hi guys, only thing I would say is to please have a look at the phones in the room, their screen brightness is so high it's like having a light on in the room when trying to sleep. Also please replenish the bottled water each day. very important.
