This property was clean and quiet. The staff was very nice and the restaurant on the property had very good food.

I had an amazing journey on this trip. I actually cried when I got on the airplane to go back home. I have been treated with nothing but love and kindness my entire experience from the front desk and the owner to the staff the my two favorite people Ms.Willis and Mr. Kenneth were amazing. The food was excellent customer service, top-tier and the serenity on this beautiful paradise Island and I Love it!!! Many people were intrigued from my photos I shared on social media and they wanted to know where exactly I was. I will only tell a few vetted people who I believe. I deserve it for this Paradise and quality care. I can go on for days about how beautiful this experience was and also I would like to thank Michael for connecting to everything I needed to make the cherry on top of my vacation. this place gets 100 stars. I feel truly blessed that God allowed me to land on this hidden gem that I call my new Paradise I love y’all. and thank you Mr. Kenneth for teaching me about different parts of the world that I’m interested in traveling too soon. Donna and her staff are the most attentive and helpful people I know. One night my husband asked about the coconuts hanging from the trees and the next morning a staff member showed up at ou door with two of them. If you get the chance to reserve the Sea Fan room do it. It is actually an apartment with a spectacular view of the ocean and cost less per night then any other hotel rooms.

Donna and the staff went over the top to make our stay enjoyable. The cracked conch at the restaurant/outside bar was sooo good - definitely fresh! We will be returning !!!

The property is beautifully maintained with a quiet, clean beach and friendly staff, perfect for a peaceful getaway. However, if you're looking for a location with easy access to food and entertainment options, this may not be the best fit. The hotel advertised breakfast as included, which is just a small bowl of fruit, a piece of pastry, and a glass of juice. There is only one on-site restaurant, and it operates from 12 PM to 8 PM, limiting dining flexibility. Taxi services arranged through the property are very expensive ($25 one way), even for short trips to restaurants. While I enjoyed the tranquil beach, the lack of food options and high transportation costs were very disappointing.

We had an enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay, just what we needed.The food was excellent, the staff and service was superb. A real special place.

The hotel has the best beach on North Caicos! The room is located right by the ocean only a few steps away with an amazing view of the beautiful turquoise water 24/7! We felt like we are on our own private island... There is a bar/restaurant only a few steps away, which is the best restaurant in the area. The staff are all super accommodating and friendly, especially Grace who went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and unforgettable. The hotel is owned by a very nice local family who were also extremely friendly. The hotel served breakfast every morning delivered to the room with an abundance of fresh fruit. I already miss that beautiful place. Will certainly be back!

Everything was great! Friendly staff, they arranged the taxi from and to the ferry. It was very convenient that the restaurant is right at the hotel!!

This place is a solutely Heaven on earth! The staff is so friendly and helpful. This is not a luxury hotel with all the frills, but you can't get any better than this place! It is so serene and relaxing! Family owned,small and quiet. You literally feel as though you have the whole place to yourself! WE WILL BE BACK SOON!!! I know I am using a lot of exclamation points, but they are well-deserved.

Perfect place for a tranquil getaway. You can walk for miles on the beach and not see another person. Maybe add some screens to keep the bugs out but other than that perfect paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pelican Beach Hotel. The property is incredible - right on the beautiful Whitby Beach. The rooms are cozy, clean - and the staff makes sure you have everything you need. They went above and beyond to give us a full island life experience. Plus, we loved the complimentary breakfast tray delivered to our room! Barracuda Beach Bar also has amaazing drinks and delicious food - make sure to try the conch! We will definitely be back.

Staff at pelican beach was awesome. They have everything we needed for the week or we're able to get it for us. The whole island is very remote. We visited 7 different beaches each with their own unique properties from sand bar, hidden beach, snorkel, etc and barely saw anyone else all week. Locals on the island were all friendly.

Nice and quiet. No people on the beaches. Great snorkeling at Three Mary's Cays. Staff was excellent. Grace, in particular, was very caring and helpful. Look forward to coming back!
