Great stay. Would stay again.

Very disappointed, I went there second time, because last year I liked it. This year was horrible. Balcony and bathroom's door doesn’t close properly. lot's of mold in the bathroom and smell was horrible in the room, because carpet was old and has lots of stains. The TV was not showing any channels. They increased prices a lot, but quality generally worsening. Staff were very friendly and very polite.

I think location is one of the best! You have access to nice restaurants and shopping mall in a few minutes walking!

Overall, it was pretty good experience. Very good breakfast, friendly staff, super great location. There are a few things to be improved. Like room cleaning. They forget to leave full set for bathroom towels for each person and do not replace a toilet paper. Also, Batumi is known for its mosquitoes. Hotel can consider using plugin mosquito protectors.

Nice place with friendly staff

Bed is very uncomfortable, duvets and pillows are synthetic, and the sheets are very rough. A/C sounds like a tractor. Slippers are basically two thin pieces of shaped paper stick together. The shampoo and shower gel feels very cheap as well.

Room was very large and clean, had a very nice shower. Hotel was a 30 second walk from the beach which was very convenient and close to a nice beachside restaurant.

Clean large style hotel, rooms are nicely sized and right infront of the promenade so very nice in the afternoon and evenings. We were hoping to get massages while staying here but unfortunately spa massage services were closed, and the second floor casino also. Breakfast is decent and rooms are comfortable. There were a bunch of other good facilities in the hotel. Only thing we had an issue with was we booked and paid for a suite, but the hotel was overbooked and they downgraded us to a normal room (they told us we were upgraded to ocean view but these regular rooms are still cheaper than the suite), and no refund. However they did give us a late checkout till 5pm on the last day. Overall a nice hotel and decently priced.

The rooms and the very special location for the Hotel by the sea

I liked the attentive staff, the pool and breakfast. Also the area is very good next to the beach, bars and restaurants.

The hotel is amazing. Our room was beautiful a d the view right on the beach. Loved it .

It is a bit off of the beaten path. Download the local taxi app so you can get back and forth to the places you are likely to go. Breakfast buffet is good, not amazing. Expect a lot of children and that you will be taxiing to and from the hotel. The ocean is right outside the hotel, which is lovely. Be wary that the ocean view is varied. My view was also with a lot of structural pillars and beams in the way. Also, Baitumi is fond of beach front discos, so be prepared for a lot of thumping and club noise. The beach boulevard is right on the edge of the property, so you can walk easily (eventually) to where you want to go.

Spacious rooms with all the amenities travelers look for. A shower curtain would have been great but it was great to see a Bidet sprayer which is not common in Europe! The best part - Beachfront property!!
