We booked our room in November and arrived just before 3 the day we had booked we got a room with a shared door. Our neighbors watched tv, talked loudly and their baby cried until 1230am. We had to get up at 330am. Make sure you don’t get a shared room. It was a disaster.

With a 4AM wake up we went to bed early. About two hours later the fire alarm went off. Get dressed, go outside and hang around. No one seems to know what's going on other than there may be a fire!! However staff did say this happened a few days ago and it was a false alarm. After asking staff what the procedure was we were told we had to wait for the fire brigade to arrive and check out the building. Until that time no one was allowed back in. 20 minutes later still no sign of the fire department. Another 5 or 10 minutes went by, the alarm stopped and everyone went back inside. No search by the fire department, in fact I don't believe they ever turned up. I realise system errors occur, but twice in a few days at an not too cheap hotel is unacceptable. We never did receive the wake up call we booked. Not a very impressive performance.

It was perfectly fine. We wanted to stay where we could walk to the airport. It was great for that. Only complaints were that the sofa bed was really hard for my daughter and the price. Whew! You PAY for being close to the airport. I booked another hotel near the Heathrow airport that was almost half the cost of this one. I guess when you’re the only hotel next to the airport, you can charge whatever you want. But other than that, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

Locked out of room at midnight because the electronic lock failed. Had to change rooms with no access to personal belongings.

Really close to the airport. The only issue was the man at check in was really rude to us for literally no reason. As far as convenience to airport I would recommend it, but I doubt I’d stay again based on their employees. It was so weird because literally everyone else we met in Scotland was SO EXTREMELY NICE so a bit taken aback. Also if you rent a car be aware the closest gas station is like 15 mins away.

This hotel is perfectly located across the street from Inverness Airport, which was our plan for catching an early flight. We can easily walk to the airport. Yet it is very quiet and the surrounding area is pretty, green farmland, We are close to Culloden Battlefield and the Inverness City Centre is a short drive away. Very quiet, comfortable and clean hotel…

Stay was great. Rooms are clean, and the bar staff is friendly and personable.

Super convenient location, sadly let down by the lack of cleanliness of the room. Crumbs, fluff and bits all over the floor, very dusty and dirty chair. The carpet was heavily stained but this is common in most hotel rooms these days. This was reported to the front desk and a duty manager then did come and clean my room and was very apologetic. Bed was poor and uncomfortable and sheets didn’t actually cover the bed. Aircon worked well, bathroom was great. Overall, staff did well, but such a newish hotel really shouldn’t have these problems.

Great place to stay before a morning flight. Comfortable, modern hotel 5 minutes walk from Inverness airport terminal building. My room was quiet and spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable.

Very nice property, convenient to airport and bus station into Inverness. The staff took good care of me and made me feel welcome.

I was required to pay a fee for the sofa bed to be made up, but it never was. It was also not really a bed, just 2 cushions long on a love seat type couch.

We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Stayed many time, lovely hotel and team

Friendly check in and an uneventful stay. In a good way. Room was clean and a good size for my fiancée’s wheelchair, and the accessible bathroom was excellent. Only issue was the air conditioning which ran all night despite it being turned off. Led to a fitful sleep.

Such a great place to stay. Stay, staff especially helpful.

This hotel is always exceptional. Service is great, rooms are fantastic and all round it is a lovely place to stay.
