I liked how close was to the beach, really nice staff , I didnt like the shower was broken ( need some properties repair).

Everything was good so far the only thing was the chinchas that bite some of us. They were in the mattres

Good experience on my stay.

El lugar es muy tranquilo para pasar unos días en familia. El personal encargado es muy amable, nos permitieron entrar antes de la hora prevista, esto lo valoro muy positivamente ya que nuestros planes cambiaron y tuvimos que llegar antes de las 3PM, debido al clima no pudimos ir a pasar unas horas en una de las playas cercanas. Los puntos de mejora son la comunicación, pues envié un mensaje 1 día antes de mi check in y nunca me contestaron. Y lo otro es la limpieza de la parte posterior de las villas, donde están los depositos de basura, al estar un poco descuidado puede atraer roedores y otros animales. También en la publicación se habla que puede haber ruido en horario laboral, pero la construcción de alado hace ruido sábados, domingo y feriados

Really good value

It’s very close to the beach but I was hard to find it. The property was nice. It was good beautiful place. The only issue we had was in the morning the light was gone, and also the Internet.

Property did not have air condition in the entire apartment, so people that sleeps in living room have only fan air but not A/C. Mr Polo was very kind though. The hot water in the shower is not functioning properly, it is very hot or very cold, but difficult to regulate. The toilet needs some maintenance. Overall las terrenas is beautiful, But this particular condo seems to need more maintenance and culture of attending the tourist.

We liked the location within walking distance to Ballenas Beach. The caretaker Polo and his staff were excellent. The upstairs bedroom is very spacious, bright and airy with cathedral ceilings. The downstairs kitchen area could use an upgrade. The Internet connection is okay but not strong enough for a Zoom call.

Excelente alojamiento, la tranquilidad de la zona, la casa bien bonita, todo incluido para cocinar, la cama muy cómoda y amplia, la piscina estupenda, la playa a 2 minutos caminando, lugar para descansar y desconectarse de la ciudad, volvería de nuevo la atención de Polo y su esposa, los encargados de lugar, muy amable, además son Petfriendly, siempre y cuando estemos pendiente de nuestras mascotas en el lugar. Gracias

Not enough privacy

The construction site next to the property was extremely noisy and was not safe due to falling debris, I was moved to a better room with less noise. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! The environment was pleasant, and the price was unbeatable... Paulo and his wife were very accommodating. My suggestion is to advise the workers at the construction site to keep the shouting and loud speaking to a minimum

Dirty sofa. Dirty toilets. They should have provided coffee for the coffeemaker. Pool was nice. OK overall.

Nice place bad experience... the house does not have an electric generator the first night we could not sleep because there was no power in the area, it was very hot and to make matters worse the windows could not be opened because of the mosquitoes, the staff (Polo and Nela) tried to help us in what they could and they were very attentive but we really did not have a good time during the night. The TV did not work either and when there is no electricity there is no water in the bathrooms... but being fair area is very good and super close to the beach. The house is nice. Las Terrenas is beautiful its a shame we couldn’t have a better experience since we where celebrating my husbands birthday.

The property was good and clean and the area very nice. Now comes the crazy part. When you book they say it is self check in and that you will receive instructions on how to check in 48 hours before you arrive. I never got instructions and wrote to the property 30 hours before, 24 hours before 10 hours before and nothing - no reply. I called Expedia and they said they had several numbers for the property but nobody was answering so we went there with anxiety prepared to having to look for and book a different place. Turns out there is a front desk and care takers living on the property so the incompetence of the miss information on Expedia and the no response when you write to them made me leary of what else might go wrong but thankfully nothing did..
