A real little gem tucked away just off the main old town area. Safe, clean and very quiet, we slept extremely well during the 3 night stay. Staff were helpful, breakfast good - typical continental style. Bathroom modern, great water pressure and was always hot when needed. My only complaint is that it would have been good to have a safe in the room. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would gladly stay here again

Very friendly and helpful check-in staff very close to the Danube and the Old Town.

This hotel is literally next to the Old Town. Very convenient location. Public transportation is also easy. Buses within a few minutes walk. We took Bus 29 to visit Castle Devin. Next to embassies, very safe area. The only thing to be careful is the stairs (it's an old building and no lift) but there are handrails so not too difficult. Breakfast is adequate with cooked items (scrambled, poached, boiled eggs, French toast, crepes, etc.) and cold cuts and salad. Overall, a comfortable place.

Good hotel for a price

Surprisingly nice for a very affordable price

The room was ok. Very close to old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful specially Suzana. I wish if you they can change the key hanger into a lighter one.

Good location near the Danube

Simple check in, I arrived at 11am and my room wasn't ready so left my bag in the storage and was old to return about 1.30pm. I came back after that and it was ready. Room 14, nice and clean bedding and bathroom. It was an ikea style furnished room, the bed had no headboard but surprisingly it never affected my sleep. There is a fridge and a digital safe, hairdryer and toiletries are provided. Reception is open 7am to 11.30pm but your key will get you through the door and also into your room. The reception staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is easily reached from the airport by bus 61 and tram 4 then a two minute walk, good location with a number of bars 100m away and then you are in the town walls. Good stay, no complaints at all

When we arrived the receptionist told us her colleague had made a mistake and there wasn’t a triple room available but only a single and double. When we said we weren’t happy with this, the receptionist miraculously found a triple available. We headed to the room and showered and the room instantly flooded. We were obviously put in the worst room which they knew had issues - there was also hairs in the bathroom and hairs on the bed sheets. When we complained the next morning a different receptionist who was busy talking to her boyfriend sniggered at us and basically shrugged her shoulders. When we returned that evening they told us we could move rooms but I didn’t find their customer service helpful at all.

Terrible noise at morning from the street by build tracks and build work

Trevlig och mycket hjälpsam personal! Jättebra frukost! Men wifi funkar inte i bortersta rummet där jag bodde. Dessutom kom det leveranser 04.00 på vägen precis utanför fönstret på bottenvåningen första natten. Och sophämtarna gjorde sitt jobb 05.20 båda morgnarna.

La habitación es excelente e impecable. El personal fue muy amable. No cuenta con elevador.

Väldigt bra läge på hotellet. Många bra restauranger i området. Precis bredvid floden och nationella konstmuseumet och kort gångavstånd till slottet. Lugnt område, fina rum. Dock många trappor.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel und sehr gut gelegen. Es befindet sich mitte in der Stadt direkt an der Oper. Leider war es natürlich auch lauter von draußen. Personal wae sehr nett.

Hotel muito aconchegante, limpeza impecável, recomendo com empenho.

Kleines, aber ansprechendes Hotel in zentraler, aber dennoch ruhiger Lage am Rande der Altstadt und nahe der Donau. Perfekte Unterkunft für unsere Donauradweg-Tour.
