Stayed there for work. Very convenient and walkable to the Eskalduna conference center and the old town. Very good breakfast, friendly staff.

I found the location to be excellent- within a comfortable neighborhood, close to the tram and to Bilbao Intermodal. The night desk clerk is an angel! He resolved my booking issues, got me checked in at 4:30 am and gave me fresh coffee while he worked his angel magic.

Parking was easy, everything is in walking distance. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Can go to shopping and attractions on the bus and if you are young can definitely walk there. Staff was very nice, attentive and accomodating

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything i needed but could have been a bit lighter . Had to get my torch out to see into my suitcase! Would happily stay again.

Great location for Football stadium. Which is the reason I chose this place. But its way overpriced for what you get. £130 per night for a room that doesnt even have any usb charge points for phones and laptops means bringing adapters and chargers.I would describe the hotel as a very basic 2/3 star.

Loved everything, it was simply great

I stayed here with a number of friends for a cycling trip. The rooms are comfy with good aircon but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. The reception staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, great recommendations for restaurants and help with anything we needed.

Arrived late into Bilbao before heading to San Sebastián. Ideal hotel for getting our heads down. Basic but that is all we required.

Unbeatable value for money. I liked the functional and minimalist design of the rooms. The breakfast service was perfect. The staff's attention and friendliness were impeccable. Highly recommended.

It locality to where we wanted to be

Hotel was very nice for a 2 night stay, basic, but very modern and clean It was very expensive for the facilities provided, but I was there to see Spurs in the Europa League final, so demand was very high A nice touch was the key ring momento left in our rooms

Everything splendid

Small but very clean room in a great location. Reception staff were excellent (a guy from Cuba) and explained the various parking options we had. Shower was excellent, great pressure and plenty of hot water. A small bit cramped in the room but more than suited our needs for a two night stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if back in Bilbao.

If your going to be close to the centre but avoid the noise this is probably the best basic hotel to do it and only a 11 minute walk to the stadium a 5 minute walk to the airport bus stop

Excellent Hotel! center in Bilbao, easily accessible with metro lines, also really close from the Airport Bus (go all the way to end stop of the bus and its 5-10 min walk, easy). Room/Bathroom great, however, walls are thin so be mindful.. would book again!

Good location to explore the city. Close to the main bus stop (convenient for day trip to San Sebastian, transport to airport, etc.) and to the Stadium. Half an hour walking or a few metro stops to the old town. Staff was polite and helpful. Room is small but it is a budget hotel after all. Had to ask for missing towels when we arrived. Shower room is directly in the room and the door is glass, have this in mind if you are traveling with other people. Sink in the room.

For the price paid probably not great however price was reflective of demand for rooms in area at time. Room isnt comfortable but at least spacious and clean. Hotel is ideally located for bars, restaurants, public transport and sightseeing. Friendly staff and if quality of accommodation is not a high priority it is an ideal place to stay
