Every thing perfect! Very good location.

Building overall is not in good condition, some furnitures such as the trash bin was broken.

We loved staying here. It was such a great location in Northbridge, so close to the city and so many awesome cafes and restaurants. It was super convenient being able to cook our own meals as well.

Very clean and nice only problem is parking, property doesn’t state that parking is separate and needs to be booked and payed extra

Very noisy area

Fantastic location. Incredibly clean with everything you need. The Master bedroom was quite noisy at night do to being on the main strip, however that was no fault at all of the Hotel, and given that absolutely everything was literally at your door step it was worth it. Host was amazingly accommodating and we would definitely stay here again. 5 start!

Close proximity to train and bus depot. Shower floor looked mouldy around the shower grate.

Great location! Wonderful city view and very generous balcony with seating area and bbq. Property managers were very easy to communicate with and were quick to reply to questions. Some maintenance work required to tidy apartment up, such as damage to blinds in living area, cracks in walls and holes in ceiling. However, property perfectly suited our need.

The cleanliness when we arrived was below standard. Floor gritty. Beds were fairly comfortable but sofa was very uncomfortable. Fan in bathroom very noisy. Smelly in corridor when we left the apartment. Michael was helpful when we asked for extras . The pictures on website looked much more appealing & spacious than in reality.

Great having a self contained apartment and convenient location. Disappointing that Expedia advertised in US dollars, I didn’t the fine print until after I was charged

I didnt stay in this property as its standard was terrible they didnt give me what i had booked , the shower was broken all the furniture was old and broken avoid this property

Spacious modern well equipped apartment in a very viby part of town. Pity about the rock hard beds. Great location for exploring inner perth by foot. Service people where super helful and check in/out was a breeze.

Bit of an odd check in compared to what we're used to. The apartment was nice, very good aircon. Definitely book parking if you're taking your car, I didn't realise we needed to book and the parking was all sold out. It was a struggle finding parking and we had to keep leaving the room to top it up. Lots of Asian style restaurants right downstairs which was convenient.

Great location with walking distance to CBD. Studio apartment had all facilities and small balcony. Comfortable bed & good air conditioning. Many eateries & restaurants close by. Enjoyed my stay. Small annoyance with some stains on carpet. I mentioned this to staff who assured me the carpet is already flagged to be treated.

I was only in Perth for a couple of days, needed to stay somewhere close to where I was going ended up booking here. I received a courtesy message prior to arriving which set my mind at ease. When I did arrive

Location excellent. Apartment size excellent,great balcony. Cleanliness not great, maintenance not good. Light over bathroom basin blown. Towel rail & door handle to bathroom broken. Glass sliding doors filthy. Writing on bedroom wall. We were meet by a lovely lady who showed us through & welcomed us.
