Not a 24/7 service, if you are late for your check in, you are in trouble, i was at 10 pm at the hotel they were closed had to look around for another hotel, waste of time and money do not recommend

Room hot and not comfortable

Starz hotel is noisy because the Starz hotel is located close to bar and most off people are drunk. Starz hotel doesn’t have safe parking and if you park here it’s very risky. Room doesn’t have a refrigerator. The room’s door wasn’t locked. Starz hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Front desk need customer service training. Nice location Casino never opened for 2 nights

Being charge $100 deposit for if you broken any item in the room but room mini fridge was full of water ,and someone clothes was left in the room and there is no light on the phone in the room because the phone is broken.

Staff does not clean your room. When I asked for clean towels and wash cloths, the attendant at the front desk said she we had to wait until the cleaning lady comes in to work. On the website, it says there is a casino in the hotel and there were a couple of slot machines.

Location to both shopping and night life. Easy access to traffic. Conveniently located.

Stay for 5 day my room clean once and I had to tell them to come and clean it

Limited parking. Very irresponsible receptionist. Day before I asked her to move the car that was parked behind me. Next morning I woke up and that car still blocking me and I was late for my appointment.

I have been here many times before and this time the staff was not very friendly. The room was great. when I first got there I had to tighten the toilet seat because I thought it was going to fall off but I didn’t do it when I left. My sister‘s hair bled on one of the towels Since she dyed her hair before we got there and they kept $50 of my deposit. No explanation of the reason why so I’m guessing that’s it since the room was left very clean and all trash in the bag. As much as I like the area that it is in because it’s close to everything I think I will look elsewhere next time I go.

At only about $100 a day it served the purpose. Room was clean no bugs as said in other reviews. Staff was nice. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a communal balcony. It's on a regular street. No fantastic view. But it was comfortable. Modern. Very small. Refrigerator microwave. Shower was clean. The bed was just ok. No real casino. Jus a couple slot machines. No restaurant at least while we were th here. It was fine. Street parking in the back if you have a car

I arrived on time to check in but my room was not ready for an additional 2 hrs. Also the front desk made a error on my deposit and charged me double the deposit amount and then refused to refund me. I was refunded half the amount.

Upon check-in, I was informed of an additional $100 charge, described as a “deposit,” though elsewhere it’s referred to as a “mandatory cleaning fee.” It would be more transparent to simply include this in the room rate. What’s more frustrating is that the fee seems unjustified considering the condition of the room. There were visible stains on the pillowcases, the bed wasn’t properly made, and the bathroom towels—supposedly clean—had stains and even someone else’s hair on them. The “bath mat” was literally just a towel cut in half, and the pillows felt like they were stuffed with old toy filling. I’m honestly not sure what the cleaning fee is supposed to cover, because the room was far from clean when I arrived.
