Great property, exactly as advertised too! It’s also Very safe there’s an access code you use instead of keys and you need to enter it to gain access to the property plus the inside door and your actual unit door. The front desk staff ( Ana ) was amazing and spoke English too, arranged our taxi for us and provided our delicious breakfast! Would definitely stay here again it was beautiful inside and sparkling clean. Short walk to all of the shops and historical sites too. This property is really a hidden gem, worth every penny!!

One of the most incredible places we’ve stayed. Incredible location in Triana, walkable to all the main sites without being in the packed tourist areas. The room and amenities were exceptional and so much space! Continental breakfast each day was offered a variety of options - great for a family. The location was on Betis, an ideal location on the water (river) and so many restaurants to choose from. Even for being on a popular street, it was perfectly quiet in our room/the hotel - nice after a day of fun in Sevilla. Our only glitch was the gate/door code sent was incorrect, we called the property mgmt team & we’re all set. Will absolutely stay here again & recommend to friends - location, amenities & hospitality were perfect.

This place is amazing. So welcoming and comfortable. Easy check in. Breakfast delivered to your apartment was such a treat. Ana was so kind and responsive. Easy access to public transportation. We would love to return someday.

The apartment was fantastic with the one exception. One of the other guests was pounding loudly on their door for 45 minutes between 1 am and 1:45 am. I guess they came back, and were locked out and they were trying to wake up their partner. But they didn't. They woke up our entire family. I messaged the apartment host but never received any kind of response (even the following day).

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was very clean. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Great location! Everything was walkable. Complementary breakfast was delicious and super convenient that it was delivered to our room each morning. Would recommend staying here.

Beautiful property in a great location.

Our apartment was a beautiful, immaculately appointed 2 bedroom suite on the main street parallel to the river in the Triana neighborhood, with plenty of room for 4. The Casa de Triana were very helpful and courteous. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lovely property in a great location.

This was a delightful place for us. It was not far to most of the sights. There were great restaurants on both sides of the river.

Apartment is lovely in great location. There was nobody at the hoteldoor so we could not get in, there was no contact information anywhere. After waiting for about 1/2 hour luckily there was a guest leaving who told us we should have received an access code, that we never received. The guests was able to fetch a phone number (inside the hotel lobby) once i was able to talk to someone we received the code. This is unacceptable for the price we paid. Disappointed….

I initially submitted a negative review about the check in experience. I later realized it had NOTHING to do with the staff on site, but rather the communication coming from the main HQ. If only we had received better instructions from them the initial dismay would have been avoided. The reception desk at the hotel is staffed from 9:00-3:00, but check in is at 4:00, so there was no one to brief us about room resources such as trash, cleaning supplies, setting the thermostat, placing a time for breakfast delivery or parking lots. Street parking is basically unavailable, and the Plaza de Cuba lot is very expensive. There is a lot 3 blocks away on Avenida Argentina that is reasonable. All this being said, when Anna arrived the next morning our experience changed 180°. She briefed us and addressed all our concerns. We could finally relax and enjoy all that Casa Triana has to offer. It’s a great boutique hotel in a wonderful area, away from the tourist bustle but very convenient to all the sights of the historic center of Sevilla. She went above and beyond for us. My wife is wheelchair bound. The hotel is the equivalent of ADA compliant, with wheelchair lift, grab bars and handrails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sevilla is a beautiful, cosmopolitan city. We would love to return.

Amazing service, view, cleanliness and overall close to all the attractions. We stayed there twice (October 2024 and April 2025), highly recommend.

This place was wonderful. It was Clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The service was great. Breakfast was such a nice little spread. Lots of restaurants all down the street. We will be returning, i cant wait.

Great location and clean place.

Good location. Walking distance to the landmarks and lots of restaurants around. Outside is a good view river. The room is super clean. The manager is very nice and friendly. They provide room delivery breakfast was very fancy and variety. We definitely will come back.

Lovely apartment in Excellent location with wonderful staff. We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and loved every minute of our stay. From the moment we entered our suite, you are struck by the sense of calm that is created by the beautiful decor and the lovely courtyard. The staff also help to create that feeling of calm. When my husband and I entered Casa de Triana Luxury Suites, we were greeted by Ana who made us feel right at home. Her professional manner, pleasant personality, and helpful suggestions were appreciated. The suite was beautifully decorated with attention to detail which made for a relaxing environment. Another plus is the wonderful breakfast that was delivered to our suite each day, We also enjoyed dining at Hiyoki a Japanese restaurant on Calle Betis. This restaurant is only minutes from Casa de Triana Luxury Suites. The food and service are fantastic, You will enjoy your stay at Casa de Triana Luxury Suites.

An absolutely beautiful hotel! Immaculately clean with lovely decor and amenities. The friendly staff served an amazing breakfast tray each morning. Perfect location to walk and explore the city!
