My husband and I have this great hotel on repeat… we have been here more than 15 times and the reason for this is the great service starting with the manager Michael; reception Jeuri and Natauris and Aronis at the bar… they are all very courteous; helpful and joyful. The bartenders and lifeguard are so nice. If you are looking for a place to feel spoiled. This is the place!!

It was clean, spacious and just right for a nice gateway. Centrally located with easy access to the beach.

Room and grounds were nice, location worked out very well. Felt there were to many rules. Had to wear a colored bracelet. My family could not bring any guests onto property for meals at our room. Very restrictive. We were stopped from using the walk-over bridge with guests on our way to restaurant because guests did not have bracelet. Fresh towels, for room you must pay. Front desk very unresponsive, no sense of urgency. Checkout. Juan at front desk had us wait while housekeeper went through room to ensure all "Inventory" was there. We waited 20 minutes, and housekeeper reported a fork was missing from utensil drawer. I assured Juan that we did not take any forks, he said we should have checked every single item when we checked-in. He told me we had to pay 3 dollars for the fork, or we could not check out! I paid him the 3 dollars and at the same time the housekeeper called back she found the fork. He laughed, said "sorry" and gave me back the 3 dollars. Seriously, no sense of apology, nothing that indicated he even cared that he delayed us. Overall the vibe here was distrust, not allowed to have guests over and everything has a fee or charge for what is normally basic service at other hotels.

The location is great, but one of the things I really value about staying in a hotel is having fresh towels provided daily—especially after a day at the beach, which wasn’t offered here. There's also an abandoned building right next to the property that looks like it was meant to be part of the hotel but was never completed, which affects the overall feel. I stayed here mainly to run errands, so it served its purpose. However, if I were coming for a true vacation, I’d probably choose a different place.

Everything was more than ok, great price, clean, pool area amazing, easy access to the beach, the only thing they need to revise is the noise level on the exterior rooms, facing the street… It is very inconvenient at night, they really should do something about it… An acoustic solution in needed asap. I would gladly stay buy making sure in advance I won’t get one of those rooms again…. Other than that, staff more than amazing, from the security guard on the entrance, receptionist, cleaning staff, top 🔝…

This property is outstanding. I actually stayed at the Imperial Suites on the beach, which is across from the Presidential Suites after 1 day. I loved the Imperial Suites very much. But the Beach view of the Imperial Suites convinced me to change the next day. But the Staff and the openness to everything was outstanding. I loved everything about this hotel. The food in the restaurant was just okay. It did not have a lot of offerings for my taste. But there are restaurants up and down the beach. I cannot say enough how safe I felt here. I felt safe enough that I slept with my balcony doors open throughout the night.

The property was really clean, close to multiple restaurants and the beach. The staff members are kind and welcoming
