I was woke up 4:30 by a party goers noise in the room next to mine. After having all this problem a girl at the reception promised me for this inconvenient a discount in my next stay. I called to book 2 weeks after and the guy at the reception said “she does not work here anymore, and I can’t do nothing”. So be aware if you want to have a good night sleep and avoid there.

Great hotel. Rooms were good size and very comfortable and spotless. Hotel itself in fantastic condition. Swimming pool and area was excellent - children enjoyed. Managed early check-in - very kind as was only 11:00am! Had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and food was very very good. Overall, excellent option.

Found by chance and really glad I did. Exactly what you want in a Hotel if this type. Rooms comfortable and quiet, lounge and bar relaxed and welcoming. Restaurant provides excellent food and very reasonable prices. Did make use of spa or golf but was very popular so must be good. Breakfast was good, one small point was coffee at breakfast. It’s like rocket fuel, so if you like this you will be ok! Strange as coffee in room and at bar is far better.

AVOID. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Every time you ask anyone for anything they act like you’re annoying them. This is also true of the manager of the hotel. If you own this property, I would recommend you replace the staff in its entirety.

It is a beautifully designed hotel. The pool area is really nice. The front desk staff was helpful. The staff in the restaurant and bar seemed overworked and under attentive.

Our stay here was ok. Nice property. Comfortable bed. I felt like it wasn't staffed properly – at the hotel bar, I was often waiting a long time (15 min) to have a drink order taken – if there was someone up working at the bar in general.

The property itself was remarkably good, however, it was in the middle of a residential neighborhood, in the middle of nowhere. There was very limited dining, shopping and transportation. This property should be marked as a retreat for corporate conferences. Absolutely, nothing is close, and you will pay a massive amount in tolls to get anywhere.

Great hotel with excellent breakfast and nice for dinner as well. Within walking distance of a couple of nice restaurants and the golf was great as well.

Staff is excellent, property immaculate, have an early flight and they prepared breakfast boxes for us. Attention to detail impressive.

My partner and I stayed here for two days at the tail end of a long vacation so we could check out the nearby beaches. The hotel is very clean and appealing; it's in a relatively quiet area and provides free shuttle service to the nearby beach. There's a great in-house restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; we had breakfast and lunch there and were impressed with the food and service. The pool area is also very well kept and relaxing. We had a minor room issue; after only a few hours of being at the hotel and unpacking, we noticed our hotel room door was not locking (such that anyone could open the door without the key card). The staff kindly moved us to another room. The next morning, though, we were told we had to move again because the hotel needed our new room -- which was a connecting room -- for a family that was scheduled to come in later that day. We were moved to a third room (all within a 48-hour period). This was clearly an inconvenience and delayed some of our plans for that morning while we re-packed and moved to the new room. However, the staff were apologetic, acknowledged the inconvenience, and sent a care package (a bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit platter) to the room. Despite the minor blip in our stay, the stay was overall a good one.

We stayed 15 nights so a good amount of time to make a fair assessment. Pros: beautifully designed hotel / great pool / good breakfast (although some mornings it was complete chaos and many items missing as insufficient staff) Cons: insufficient staff numbers and some staff look very unhappy. We had one staff member ask us to feedback to management that more staff are needed. Definitely a staffing management issue. I have stayed before and it was sad to see the service levels drop in such a manner. Management having gone missing at the hotel. Insufficient sun bed numbers on some days Bus to beach only runs to 6pm which when the sun doesn’t set til 8.30pm is a bit of a missed opportunity (especially as there is a connected beach bar). It’s too far to walk to beach reasonably. I would say the hotel is not appropriate for young children and would be best as adult only / 12+.
