The host was friendly and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Self check-in and check-out was convenient. The location is near convenience stores, food places, and even a laundromat. The place is also near USM, so it's good for anyone staying just for a while to attend a conference. If there is anything you need, you can chat with the host. I recommend this place 👍.

It located near to the Sungai Niboh Bus Station, you can see the house with big letter lee luxury homes by the road side. Very clean room, easy to find food and minimart
