Great spot to stay!

Very nice and clean

Great facilities and e loved the studio apartment setup

loved that we were within walking distance to everything!!

At check in we were asked what kind of room we wanted: no elevator? Close to dining? Quiet? Etc. We got a beautiful room with views of Mt Diablo and a small corner with kitchen counter!

Room, pool and food were great. Only issue was that my husband bought a bottle of wine from the front desk, was told it was $17, we were billed $30. I mentioned to the front desk - they said “it’s $30”, no sorry or reimbursement. Very nice hotel though.

Nice breakfast. We liked our room, but we didn't like the colors - too dark.

Diana (front desk) was wonderful. They should be proud that she is part of this team.

I’ve stayed here twice and it’s always an amazing stay. Rooms are always clean, staff is always nice, and it’s super close to restaurants and Target! The only con would have to be the Valet and how thin the walls are. I heard the neighbors banging all night and the valet can take a while to get your car on the weekends. They typically only have 1 or 2 people running the valet while there are a ton of people waiting for their car. Other than that, I love this hotel. Will always choose to stay here over other places in the area!

New hotel so usual to be exacted but staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will be my hotel of choice in Walnut Creek.

I had a large BUG crawling on the phone next to my bed. The alarm clock was not reset and woke me up at 0600! The pool was not clean.

Love the kitchenette in our room. It made it easy for us to make meals. However our toaster did not work and the replacement one didn’t work as well. Our stovetop was also funky. The little dishwasher was amazing. It felt like a little apartment. Would definitely stay again.

The property is right next to the BART station and you can hear the trains running all night. Otherwise the room was fine and the staff is great. Only valet parking is available for $35 a night.

The hotel is fairly new and in a great, central location. However, we were supposed to have our room serviced every other day. We were there for 4 nights and not once did housekeeping come in and clean the room. We even asked housekeeping when we left our room to please clean the room and no one ever showed up. Very disappointing. The breakfast that was included with the room was very poor quality food and we were not even able to eat it.

Overall good. Could be slightly noisy since right next to the bart. Very courteous staff. Didn't like the shower room design where there's only half of a glass door, causing water to splash outside the shower area.

Clean, nice room, close to where we needed to be. Noisy, shower was so powerful you almost couldn’t use it, needed a toaster as the one in the room was broke but I guess that was too much to ask as we never got one. Only parking is valet at an additional 35.00 a day plus tax. Overall I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

At 2:30 in the morning the couple in the room above us woke us yelling and screaming and throwing things against the wall. We called the night manager 4 times and each time he told us that he knocked on there door but no one answered. He said he also called them but they did not answer. This went on for 45 minutes. My husband and I had to get dressed and go up to the room and make sure no one had been hurt. They opened the door as soon as we knocked and they said the stop fighting and go to sleep. We went back to our room and they started up again. We called. The night manager and told him He Must do something! Finally, he called the police and within 15 minutes the police were there and handled the situation. What a nightmare. The next morning the couple vacated the property.

There was a 10 minute walk to a very cute shopping mall with lots of cute coffee shops and restaurants.

Really nice hotel with a great location to walk to many dining and bar options just down the street.
