We had a great experience. Although the regular check-in time was 3 PM, the gentleman at the front desk was so nice and kindly allowed us to check in at noon which was very helpful. The indoor pool was a big plus especially since it rained on Saturday. The location is very convenient and there’s a nice Japanese restaurant nearby which made dining easy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Noisy. You can hear others go in and out their rooms. Door would slam shut. Only 8 people can go in the pool. The breakfast options should improve as well.

Very friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, breakfast offered, many exterior doors so it's easy to get in and out no matter which side of the building you park on, plenty of parking, close to gas, shopping, and restaurants, dog friendly

The walls and ceilings were very thin. Heard a lot of stomping and noise from other rooms. Only trash can was in the bathroom.

I chose TRU by Hilton at Winchester because I was very happy with the Santee location. I was very happy to see no carpet in the rooms since they allow dogs. I was disappointed in my check in at Winchester location, rather lackluster. Did answer restaurant availability readily but didn’t say what time breakfast was served. Breakfast: eggs and sausage were not hot-element was not on, attendant was not properly supervised and could not understand English. Just was not up to the standards of Santee location.

Just a really nice hotel for a weekend get away.

Breakfast items not stocked well or inedible (oatmeal) and very few towels in room. When our room wasn’t cleaned per the schedule, we were given a 5 ft garbage bag to empty our trash can and more towels. Then we were told to put the dirty towels and garbage in the hall. This is not what we expect from Hilton.

I stop every time I travel south and it is consistently a great hotel and staff is phenomenal

We called to notify the hotel we're going to be late due to traffic, after 2 am. The gentleman was very polite and said be safe, he'll wait. We arrived shortly after 2 am. Breakfast needs some better options. Coffee is good.
