It was a small but acceptable room for a one night stay. The hotel was clean.

I stayed here for just over a week. The hotel was always clean and tidy, and the staff were always very polite and helpful.

Not as expected!

Very affordable and good area

Everything mentioned in the booking was not the accommodation that was presented. Such as AC and TV. The front desk claims that the pics were taken from a new built building but not updated to current booking. I was staying at an older building in the back of the complex. Very upsetting. Front desk isn’t always attended, nor is the communication given by them.

Manager was very welcoming and accommodating - the price of the hotel was superb for the cost. She even let us hold our bags as we had a later flight. If I come back to Yerevan I will stay here

Quiet , easy parking

My wife and I had an awesome stay. It was a great experience and we are really thankful.

Very cheap, no running water for the most of the time I stayed there, but the staff were very friendly and one of them spoke fluent english, and were available at pretty much any time of the night. Decent location, room was very clean but no duvet. Overrall worth it for the price.

You get what you pay for. My room didn’t have WiFi so in order to have a connection with the world of call a cab to the airport I had to go the main lobby. My room also didn’t have an AC which was an absolute hell because it’s hot even at night.

Airport transfers, hot meals, tailor-made tours and a warm family atmosphere await you here. All staff speak Russian as a second language and three speak English. They are committed to family values and have a work/life balance so will work with you to plan excursions in advance so your needs are met and they can still spend time with their children. I had limited time yet saw so much touring with them. There are rooms for every budget, two routers for steady internet and good showers. The very cheapest rooms are incredible value for money - no bunks, your own room and bathroom, all for about the same price as a hostel dorm with a shared bathroom! Excellent. This hotel sells out quickly, so secure your booking early.

For god's sake put air conditioning in the rooms. It's damn boiling hot when traveling in summer. Take this weakness into note seriously.

Such a lovely hotel! Didn’t expect the rooms to be that perfect, cozy and neat. Well done! Would definitely book again when in Armenia!

A family run hotel offering great value for money. Clean rooms with fast internet and only a ten minute walk from the center of Yerevan. The hosting family were very helpful and Anna the manager speaks fluent english. Also recommend the transfer from the airport the family can offer. Highly recommend.

We really liked the cleanliness and comfort of the beds. Perfect location and friendly staff. I would stay there again during my next visit to Yerevan.
