Stayed there 6 nights. The breakfast is always the same. The menu didn't change a thing from last time I`ve there 2 months ago. A lot of options wasn't available. The beer is served at 20ªC at the bar, which is called sports bar. Coffee machine broke 3 times while our stay. Maybe is due to the out season, but they call them selves a 4 star hotel, its more like 3.

Mosquito propeller ve present in the room due to mosquitoes present around rhe pool area.

The staff were nice and friendly. They offered a first class professional service. African Princess made sure our stay was a memourable one.. Room is of a high standard clean and comfortable. We look forward to returning.

The Hotel itself was beautiful. Our room was beautiful. The pools were beautiful. Unfortunately the staff I really didnt like the way my wife and I were treated. Repeatedly, I was asked what room I was in. At breakfast, walking in and out; it was exasperating and very distasteful. When we wanted to have a 2 family members over into our room for a little bit, they told us this was not allowed. Even before check out, we needed to keep our infant baby for ONE HOUR, and they told us we actually couldn't have our infant daughter in the room with us. Unbelievably ridiculous! Maybe, I may come back one day, but no time soon. Very disappointed. By the way- we own property literally across the street from the hotel. We only booked here for a while to enjoy ourselves and experience the hotel. We didnt need to book. Just for a nice time. Again, very disappointed.

Very nice hotel.

They gave me a room with the dirtiest water I've ever seen. It was completely brown and the towels turned brown when drying my hands. When I complained, they told me they were aware of the issue so why was that room not removed from the system? The next room they gave me had no hot water in the morning. The beach is full of stray dogs and the staff kept giving them water so surely they'll not leave. They wanted to charge me €60 euros (!!!) for the airport transfer when the usual price is no more than €20 for a 25 mins drive. Also they charge for room service even though their restaurant takes ages to prepare the food. Housekeeping lacks attention to details too: no toilet paper and water and towels replaced irregularly. Given the price they charge for their rooms is extremely high as it's marketed as a high level resort, these things shouldn't happen. It's extremely disappointing. On the plus side, the room is clean. I will certainly not be back and pay the extra money for this disappointing service.
