Enjoyed this resort. The staff were friendly. The only complaint about is food wasn’t very good at all.

Nice resort from staff to restaurants and beaches

We are a family of 5 with 2 young kids spending a week at this fabulous resort. This is a beautiful resort with everything that we need - Waterpark, kids and large pool, great restaurants, modern design room with great comfort. Polite and friendly staff. Simply the best family resort we have been in the Caribbean!

The food was great. It is hard to get reservations for the 2 restaurants So i didn't like that.. There also should be more beach chairs on the family side..the entertainment was good .amd the nightclub was my favorite

We loved this resort! Very beautiful pool. The beach area is small. The rooms were comfortable and the food options were delicious. The bartenders were amazing! Some of our favorites at the swim up bar were Britannia, Christina, Miguel, Nicholas and Rajay. Tresean and Kevesha kept us entertained all week and kept us updated to all the events happening. We always ended the night at the lobby with our favorite bartenders Omar, ainsworth, and Daniel. The food was delicious my favorite meal was the snapper with sweet potatoes at the red snapper restaurant! They also had an Indian restaurant which was delicious! One bad thing was the fight for chairs. People would wake up at 6am to reserve chairs and then go back to sleep.

The food was awesome. room service was so cute like uber eats but ocean eats. the lazy river i enjoyed. the water park was so cute and my daughter enjoyed. i felt very safe here. will return with my daughter and solo to try the other side. Was small compared but was layed out well

Truly an amazing Time !!!! First time there did not disappoint!!!!

We upgraded to privileged status but our minibar in our room was not stocked daily and we had to call for the maid services as they had not come all day. When they did come, they didn't restock towels either, had to call for more towels a few times. And unlike other places on the island with sister resorts that you can visit and dine at free of charge, we had to pay a daily fee to use the sister resort next door that was adult only and to dine there as well.

Beautiful property, delicious food, a lot of things to do on the resort.

This property was absolutely amazing and we had an incredible time there. Definitely planning on going back!

First time staying at the resort and I loved it! Food, entertainment and staff were great. I would definitely come back!

Overall, my family and I had a really great vacation at Ocean Coral Spring. I feel like there was always something to do during the day and night, which is not always true at other resorts. My son and husband are water babies so the pool, waterpark, and lazy river were ideal. My son had a great time bowling on the property as well. Loved the pool view we had, and the room was spacious and clean! Was not a fan of some locals bringing the horses on the beach as they pooped in the water and left the turds floating near children swimming - it made me get out of the ocean quickly. The rocks and seaweed at the shoreline were also not appealing. In regards to dining, Sugar Cane and Red Snapper were my absolute favorite restaurants! They served the best food! Besides food needing to be a lil warmer at Jamaican Grill, I enjoyed mostly everything I ate. It was my husband’s birthday so they put up a banner on our door and left a birthday cake in the room, which both he and my son enjoyed. Overall, great vacation, would recommend to other families!

I HAD A GREAT STAY OVERALL SOME OF THE STAFF SEEMED A BIT MOODY BUT I WAS THERE TO HAVE A GOOD TIME AND WASNT LETTING THAT EFFECT MY STAY , RESORT WAS GREAT MY ROOM WAS GREAT & ALSO THE DOOR MAN WAS THE BEST STAFF ALSO THE BARTENDERS WERE GREAT !!! THE HOT TUB IN MY ROOM WAS VERY HOT I LOVED IT OVERALL ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND HAD A GREAT STAY AND WILL COME AGAIN !

The good: Nice property. Grounds are beautiful and the beach and pool areas are very nice. Bad: it was very difficult to get a reservation on the Japanese restaurant. You need to go online between 8am and 3m. By 8:03am all reservations were done. Ugly: the service. Although there were pockets of staff that were friendly and helpful, the majority are not - customer service is not what there are there for. Not sure what the attitude towards tourists was, but I wasn’t alone on that. Heard the same from other families staying. I doubt we will come back. We rather go where we feel welcomed and important, like Mexico or Dominican Rwpublic.

Restaurant bookings were a challenge. Late reservations only available at Italian restaurant. And when you go there less than half full earlier. Frustrating
