Very nice property and great food

Absolutely outstanding resort! They went above and beyond what i anticipated. Our butler Josè was so helpful and friendly. The all around staff, amenities, room, all raised the bar. They gave us free upgrade on our rooms and access. I highly recommend Ocean El Faro to anyone. We stayed in El Beso the adults only area.

The beach was beautiful. some of the bartenders Gilberto was nice and friendly and entertainment crew the blue crew.

Great pools and wonderful food. Our butler Jose was the greatest.

Their service and attention to mom who is in a wheelchair was the best I've seen. Even at the beach. They have an amphibious chair for those who have mobility issues but want a day at the beach.

It was an amazing stay! I disconnected totally. It gave me great vibes. The staff was excellent. I had only a minor inconvenient which was we reserved a dinner in one restaurant, and the reserve was made to another one we already went; which is fine, both our fault (me and the resort staff) for not double-checking. Overall, very good, drinks on point, food on point. I would add croissant to the buffet hahaha. Very varied menu. A slow river which is so fun for kids and couples! Good experience.

We had an amazing vacation at Ocean El Faro, staying on the El Beso – adults only side! The resort was absolutely beautiful and huge, with so much to do. From lounging by the pool to the various restaurants and entertainment options, there was always something to enjoy. There was a bit of a seaweed problem at the beach, but we really appreciated how quickly they worked to try and make the beach inviting and pleasant for everyone. A big shout-out to Leonela and Gilbert at the “party” pool on the El Beso side—they were energetic and made the atmosphere so much fun. Wanda and Emmanuele from the entertainment team were both amazing at keeping the pool lively and entertaining. They made every day feel like a party! But the real star of our trip was our concierge, Jose Jimenez. He was absolutely fabulous—always helpful, responsive, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of quickly and smoothly. Thanks to the incredible staff and beautiful resort, we’re already planning to return next year!

I enjoyed my time at El Beso. It’s not just the amenities or the beauty of the location—it’s how everything is delivered with ease, warmth, and care. Whether you’re celebrating, unwinding, or reconnecting, this resort knows how to make my time feel special. The Despacio Spa was a peaceful oasis. I booked a combination massage, scrub and facial and were impressed by the professionalism of the therapist and the serene ambiance. El Beso has a few bars of its own, including a swim-up bar that quickly became our social hub. The bartenders were fun, fast, and generous with the pours (special shout out to Oliver at El Beso - he was amazing!).

El Beso at Oceans El Faro is a beautiful resort and the staff is very warm, kind, welcoming and fun... we had a great time and would gladly recommend the H10 hotels any time. Thank-you for the warm welcome and the wonderful memories.

I loved the pools, lazy river and the staff who put on the entertainment. Wanda at the adult only pool was the absolute best. Our butler was very attentive and did a great job as well. The buffet food wasnt the best and thats my only complaint. Everything else was great.

We had a lovely week at Ocean El Faro - El Beso! Our time here was a breeze, thanks to the excellent service of our butler, José, who helped arrange every dinner reservation, solve any room issues, replenish necessities for our room (i.e. towels and water) and arrange transport to the lobby for our departure. The resort was beautiful, with modern decor and design all around. The pools and lazy river were both great and we spent the majority of our time there! The beach wasn’t the best, it was pretty, but there was a lot of seaweed on the shore, making it hard to enjoy the water. The food was decent, there were a lot of options at the buffets and different restaurants to choose from. Out of the restaurants, I would recommend Blue Moon and Margarita, as we enjoyed the food there the most! Overall, we got the relaxing vacation that we needed!

Kevin Paulino was our concierge which took care of us throughout the entire stay! He was very helpful and took care of all our needs with just a quick text! I loved that we got to see him around the property, Kevin checked on us throughout the day and even met us at dinner to be sure we were enjoying ourselves! It made this very personable. Thank you Kevin I also want to thank Leonela and Gilbert at the Pool swim up bar they were amazing they always made sure we were good and didn’t need anything! (Just a suggestion the adult pool should be open later) The only 2 disappointment were the beach and food, the beach was beautiful however there were piles of seaweed which caused an eye sore to the view or even getting in the water. Food- I wish there were more Culture food at dinner and even on the buffet. Thank you guys for helping make our trip even more memorable.. We will absolutely be back

I vacationed in the Dominican republic y stay was very welcoming With the help of Jose booking restaurant with great tasting food. I had a nice clean room beautiful beach really enjoyed my stay El Beso for adults only interesting entertainment programs I will recommend this place to anyone Thank you Lola

The resort was phenomenal! When we got to the resort we were greeted immediately with drinks while we waited to check in and then brought to our rooms with our luggage! We had our butler José who made our reservations for dinner every night! And every restaurant was beyond amazing! We stayed in the rooftop on the el beso side and I would definitely recommend upgrading to privilege to make your experience better! The drinks at the bar were all amazing The pools were amazing! The beach had a lot of seaweed some days but other than that it was beautiful! The staff was super helpful with everything we needed to make our stay even better!

Awesome experience! Carlos Carter and all the staff at El Beso and El Faro make our anniversary trip very special. They took care of all the details of our celebration and organize our schedule to make the best of it. Restaurants and food selection, flavor and quality were above our expectations. We recommend this hotel.

Nos gustó el area de El Beso. El servicio que nos brindaron fue muy bueno. La habitación Swin Up definitivamente valio la pena. El personal bien atento y buscaron la forma de complacernos. Agradecida con todos ellos. La comida del Sakura super con el Chef Antonio. El servicio en el Pez Dama muy bueno y la comida tambien.
