Room is spacious and comfortable

The staff is so welcoming

I have stayed here several time when I visit Lagos, good selection of food, although minimal western dishes, the ones they have are well prepared. Rooms are spacious and clean with large bathtubs. The staff are the best part. Very friendly and helpful. You can walk around the markets outside the hotel as well.

It was an over night stay, my relatives and I really liked it. The staff on duty were friendly and supportive. We couldn't have asked for more.

It's very close to the airport and they provide free airport shuttle. They also have many diverse food options too. The room was big.

I was somewhat disappointed in the shuttle service. I had an early connecting flight and the shuttle was not available until 8 AM. I had called the hotel earlier to confirm the shuttle schedule and the person I spoke to indicated they would call back. No one returned my call. It turned out OK as an Uber was ready and waiting in the parking lot. It was a little frustrating however that no one called me back. Their ad on several travel sites indicates that they have pickup and drop off shuttle but that was not evident in my case. I would have rated higher but this was somewhat important and the reason I selected this hotel.

Matress good. Breakfast excellent. No bottled water in room. Strange smell on bed linen and towel. Only one towel. No washcloths .

They need to work on their service especially conveying the international clients from airport to the property. They promised to pick me at airport, I waited and they didn't show up . Every other thing is ok.

My stay was good, breakfast was nice

The staff were very nice and professional. However, we had a problem with the bathroom and we called three times for someone to come and check it out. They said that they will send someone to look at the situation. And no one ever came. We were there for two nights with this problem. Also we believe that when choosing this hotel it should state that they do not accept any form of credit cards especially if you are from another country. To know this will help others to seek other means of their stay. Besides these issues, our stay were good.
