Even when in the room service details (copy in the room) say that they deliver up to 11:30pm I’ve called at 10:10pm and they said they’re open only up to 10pm. The staff at dial 0 is note prepared and unfriendly

Great stay at Paseo la Galeria, the hotel is on top of the shopping mall, with easy access to the stores, and multiple restaurant choices, from fast food at the top floor of the mall to multiple restaurants and cafes.

All is perfect. What else could one ask for??? So convinient. I am repeating and repeating. Ideal place, specially if you are working in Asuncion.

It is a hotel very convenient to stay in as I didn't have to drive around to find a place to dine. Everything was close distance. I liked it.

If you are in ASUNCION, because you have to work, there is NO OTHER BETTER choice in town. IMPECCABLE, not to be missed. I have repeated, and I will repeat. SO PERFECT.

Staff charges you wrong for breakfast when you don't need it and then they can't give it back

State of the art hotel and amenities; the fully automated access gates and elevators sometimes could be a hassle. Meeting facilities are excellent. Breakfast options and room service are of good quality but limited in variety.

If you are on a business trip, it is THE BEST OPTION in ASUNCION, all given for a productive experience in this SWEET Asuncion.

I had a one-night stay here due to a weather-delayed flight. Beautiful, modern facility with great security and a friendly, helpful staff fluent in English. Room was quite affordable. The hotel adjoins a large shopping mall with great eating options. Highly recommended.

Premium Location

Although this was a nice hotel, it was not up to the standards we are accustomed to in Paraguay. We arrived very early in the morning and the lobby was not staffed and all the lights were out. The hotel has no bell service and lacks amenities such as free coffee in the room or body lotion, that are standard in other hotels. The staff was friendly, but they simply weren't as friendly and helpful as other hotels we have stayed in in Asuncion. In addition, we had problems with the TV controls. At first they simply did not work. We had to have maintenance come three times before we finally got them to work - more or less. Breakfast was average with very little variety - same thing every day. It is, however, very conveniently located right next to a major shopping mall.
