Friendly staff and great location

This hotel has an excellent location, close to downtown and 5 min walk to Sendai Station. I really liked the room, it was really comfy and wide compared to other similar hotels.

This hotel is located conveniently within walking distance from the major Sendai Station. The vicinity has a lot of shopping malls, restaurants and convenience stores. The room is super cozy and comfortable. They have washing machine and dryer (reasonable charge) on 2nd Floor. Mircowave and Ice Cubes also available on that floor if required. They also have iron and ironing board (requestable from reception) in the event you need.

The room was clean & very comfortable. The location is ideally with lots for dinning, shopping & close to the main train station.

Value for money

Location was great, very close to everything. There are loads of restaurants nearby and it's not too far from the JR station.

Staff were very professional, patient and accommodating throughout my entire stay. Although there was a language barrier, communication was easily transmitted. With my limited Japanese and their willingness to engage in English, the whole checking in process and inquiring for other services was easy.

It is a very nice Hankyu group hotel in Sendai. Hotel does not have parking so you need to find parking place from their recommended parking, but you may find the one near the hotel and it will take just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Nice clean property. Only complaint is rick hard beds. Otherwise staff people were very nice and location was great. Thank you.

Great stay, overall. Practically in the heart of Sendai. Drove there and the hotel also has underground parking. It does have height restrictions up to 2 meters. Super cheap for overnight, too. Some staff speak english, so another plus. Rooms comfy, and clean. We left our car in the parking underground and just walked everywhere, becauae everything is so close. Parco 1 and 2 are literally a few minutes away walking.

Wonderful hotel in all respects.

A newer hotel, right in the downtown heart of Sendai, walkable to the train station. The morning market is just around the corner (closed Sundays.) Staff was helpful. Hotel was quiet and really comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Sendai!

Location is great, withing a few minutes walk of the station and shopping areas. Staff was friendly and was able to communicate in English.

I didn’t stay in my room for long since I was mostly out with friends. However, this hotel is conveniently located in the city center. There are multiple connivence stores in the vicinity. I stayed in a Single room but it was more than enough for myself. Staff members are kind and professional.

We had an excellent stay. It’s very easy to find in a very nice location. We were allowed to drop our luggage off before check in which saved us the money of getting a coin locker. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the price was considerably lower than surrounding hotels despite the exact same level of service. 10/10 would stay here again.
